Wry nice and clean property. Very disappointed in ocean front beach property. There was a spot about 10 ft wide of sand out front. Had to walk about 3 miles to find beach. Front desk people were so kind but not very helpful with info. Overall good trip but would not stay there again.

Great Condo
Well appointed condo in a great location with access to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and check in process was a breeze :). Not a complaint for the condo owner but the property could use to replace the paddle boards they are a little rough and left us with some scrapes. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Very nice property
We enjoyed staying here, loved the location and convenience of the property. The pools on the property were very nice. The beach was unfortunately pretty small, but that's happening in a lot of locations on the south side of 7 Mile right now.

Beautiful property and great location!
The condo was cleaned and has been well maintained. It was the perfect location, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Yes the beach is small but private, quiet and worked perfectly for us. There were a couple larger public beaches down the street which were also beautiful. Would stay again!

Nice condo near restaurants and easy drives along seven mile beach
This condo was great for our family. Everyone had their own space. The screened in porch was nice for breakfast and evenings. The beach is small and rocky but seven mile beach is a short walk or drive. There was an umbrella and a couple beach chairs as well as coolers for the beach. We had an amazing week exploring Grand Cayman.

Great Condo!
We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Village! This condo is in a great location. The condo itself is very clean, decorated very nicely, has a wonderful view from the porch and is well stocked. Jan and Tia answered all of my questions quickly - which was greatly appreciated. They also had wonderful recommendations. We will rent this condo again!

We went to rest and relax. Weather was beautiful. No beach. Great pool and everyone was very friendly. The condo was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Overall a very nice stay.

Great place! The condo was perfect for my family! Mgmt staff are on site 24 hrs a day and helped with all our questions, from arranging taxis to providing directions. Ocean views and just a short walk down the street for beach walks and swims!

Great Grand Cayman Condo
Overall we were very pleased with the condo. Ground floor, spacious, clean, with ocean view from back patio. Plantation Village is a good location for exploring all that the 7 mile Beach area of Grand Cayman has to offer. Several good restaurants in walking distance. The two pools were nice for kids and we enjoyed the tiny area of beach and kayaks. The ocean / tiny beach area access at Plantation Village is not a great swim beach or snorkeling but great beaches and snorkeling spots are easily accessible by taxi or car. We enjoyed Public Beach for great sand and swimming. The area was quite, family-friendly, and a good base camp for our Grand Cayman adventures and relaxation.

A perfect Week
We really knew nothing about this property other than the listing and review comments. I'm so glad we chose it. The location was perfect for us on the first floor. The back patio made it easy to pop back to the condo for snacks, or forgotten items. The beach is small, but we loved it! Having access to the paddle boards and kayak's was a bonus. Sure easy access to places to eat and the grocery stores. A shout out to Luke the security guard on evening shift. He as so kind and friendly. Wed enjoyed sunsets and felt so safe each evening seeing him walking around (he even helped us with out TV (we pushed all the wrong buttons on the remote - he was super kind and fixed it for us. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Spacious, clean, well equipped and close to everything we could have asked for. Love Grand Caymen!

Everything was just perfect!
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Plantation Village. As others have noted, the beach is small, but the snorkeling is great from it as you make your way to the boat lane buoy. Access to the paddle boards and kayaks makes it simple to explore. If you wade a 100 yards to the North, you can play on a sandy beach and walk for miles on the sand. The condo staff and residents are super friendly and between their experience sharing and the property booklet, it's really easy to plan your stay and know you are catching the special gems that Grand Cayman has to offer. The condo community is clean and quiet and there are plenty of restaurants with high ratings within walking distance too. The Dornfeld's are easy to work with... everything about this place is relaxing, enjoyable, and just perfect!

Great holiday stay!
We had a great stay from 12/25-12/31, everything was east from getting taxi from airport to the condo. Checking in was a breeze, coordinated grocery delivery, so we had all that we needed getting there on holiday. Everything was perfect for us all week! The only comment would be on the pillows, which could be easily replaced. We will definitely recommend to friends looking for a Cayman stay! Thank you, Tai for all of your help & recommendations!!

Great location and proximity to the beach
We read the reviews so we were aware of the small beach but we diving so much the beach wasn’t all that important. Tip: forget the rental car. Buses are frequent and cheap. If you want to go to the market Fosters is the place to go but have them call a taxi to get everything back to the condo.

Property is very close to your own private beach that is a snorkeling paradise. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Very relaxing stay and owner is very receptive and helpful. Truly appreciated the flexibility and grace shown to us when we had to change our dates at the last minute due to Covid!!

Plantation Vacation
Plantation Village is a beautiful property with a great location on Seven Mile Beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The owner also provided a list of suggestions that were spot on. This is a beautiful condo, pictures were spot on and with plenty of room for a family with kids or a trip with travel buddies. Like everyone else on the island, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely look to book this property on our next trip to Cayman!

You are 50 steps from the beach on a gorgeous property that is very well maintained in a great location. The condo is fantastic, comfortable and in great condition. Its hard to leave the screened-in porch. The owner is very responsive as is the front desk staff.

What an AMAZING location.
They aren't kidding when they say steps to the beach! The location is undeniable, easily walkable to amazing bars (The Bird, All Stars, Margaritaville) or head up the beach to Tillie's, or all the way to the Westin for amazing beach side drinks and service. The property had anything you could need and more, the paddle boards were a great plus! Only 15 min from the airport, which means you can leave Customs in the past and have a fruity beverage on the shores in under a half hour. Easily the best valued 3 bedroom property around. Bonus, the Murphy bed was easy and comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Great Place, Great Location!
Walk to several bar and restaurant options. 2 nice, clean pools on property. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in Lanai and then walk less than 50 steps to the water. Well stocked condo and excellent owner communication. We cooked in a few nights and had all we needed in the kitchen. 3rd bedroom is a 'walk-through' and a bit tight for 2 adults but it worked for our group of 6. Erosion has affected this property and the beach out front is really thin, as in 20' x 40' (this seemed to change with tide and wind). However, less than 100 yards of a walk, from the condo, places you in that soft, clean, world famous sand of Seven Mile Beach. Bikes, Paddle boards and kayaks are all easy to check out. Walk to the Red Sail Sports desk at the Marriott a couple of doors down to book water activities. We'll be back!

Vacation on Seven Mile Beach
Great visit to the Cayman Islands in Seven Mile Beach area. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Our favorite was the Veranda on Wednesday they have a 4 course Lobster dinner that was amazing. Coconut Joes across the street was also good. Also really recommend Rackam’s which is on the water we feed the fish and went back the next day and snorkeled from the ladder on their patio (they said it was ok to do so) their is a ship wreck right off the end of the patio with lots of fish and some of the best snorkeling we saw from the shore. The unit is in Plantation Village which was very nice with a private beach which the kids loved. To go for a walk on the beach you would need to go a couple doors down to the public beach access which really wasn’t that bad. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks that you can check out from the office. If you haven’t been to the Cayman Islands before the food is expensive. So having a full kitchen and refrigerator is a big savings compared to staying in a hotel. There are some grocery stores nearby to get some food and drinks for your stay. We had a great time and will return. Everyone will take the US currency and major credit cards so you don’t have to worry about that.
