"Neighborhood was decent. House was neat and tidy except for random bits (e.g., a few legos) in the backyard. There's a nice backyard deck where we ate a couple meals. Location is great -- decent distance to Carlsbad Caverns! There are TVs in every bedroom, a dining room, and the living room. Overall, a nice experience."

"We spent three nights. Home is spacious and worked well for two couples to enjoy with fairly separated bedrooms and nice central open living area. Home was comfortable and clean and was a nice base location to enjoy the local national parks. Kitchen ha needed cooking utensils and serving wear and lots of various appliances. There is a grocery near by to pick up any basics like coffee etc, as the kitchen is kept clean of old food stuff. We would stay again. We didn't take advantage of small...

"Lovely home! Bruce and Cory do a wonderful job of providing a great place to stay. The blueberry muffins were delicious and a nice welcoming treat. The place is well maintained, clean and with great amenities. The king bed was very comfortable. We drove to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks from here. Highly recommend! "

"The house was cute, the neighborhood felt a little rough. Lots of wear and tear on the property (loose towel holders and outlets that were completely disconnected from the wall that we had to warn our children about). The property manager was very kind. I felt like the price was very steep for what we got and the fees made it outrageous."

"I selected the property due to proximity to National Parks, and size of the property. Property worked well for our needs. Positives - large living room, kitchen and dining area, large converted garage for extra bedroom space, convenient to grocery stores and local attractions. GREAT wi-fi. Negatives - dishwasher does not work well. Family mentioned the rooms were "dark", and noticed multiple light bulbs were burned out.
