Off the Charts!
This location is one of the very best locations we have stayed in this area. By far! The location was great and allowed easy access to many of the outside activities that draw us to the area. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the features and some to spare. The furniture was very clean and had been very well maintained. There were notes placed in various places to help us understand the expectations of the property owner or how to manage specific needs. There was plenty of space inside and out. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions. On a 1-5 scale I would list this a 9-10! I will absolutely seek to return to this property.

The host was amazing. Very nice property. The house was amazing everything you could imagine if you brought your whole family video games hot tub. Everything was perfect for a nice getaway vacation. The owner could not do enough. Had a problem with the dryer and he came right out and took care of it. Thank you very much for a lovely stay at your property.

Perfect Getaway
We loved this house! It was beautiful and close enough to where we wanted to go without being in the middle of the craziness. My only wish is that it allowed 8 people so we could stay again next trip. We had less people this year so we were able to stay in a smaller house and fell in love with this place. It is very well kept and the decorations are adorable and you feel like you are at the perfect mountain cabin.

Perfection!
This cabin is the total package. No surprise disappointment upon arrival because the photos are very accurate. Exceptionally clean! Smells nice. Very clear instructions and easy check-in/out process. Far enough away from town to feel tucked away in the woods but close enough that it only takes a few minutes to get to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Would definitely book again!

Stop reading reviews...this one is it! The property is exceptionally clean. We had plently of things to do. You are right on the doorstep of a Great Smokey Mountain entrance so we were able to spend some time exploring when the weather was good. You are also in between both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so you can check out the touristy things. We also had plently of things to do right at the property itself. The arcade games, pool table and foosball table were great for the rain days. The hot tub under the stars was also appreciated. The porch is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the mountain views. The place has something for everyone. There were plenty of supplies provided such as bath towels, toliet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher soap. There were no food items so you'll have to pick up salt, pepper, sugar, condiments, etc. There was no propane/gas grill but there was a charcoal one to use. It truly was one of the best properties our family of four has stayed in!

Cozy Retreat
We loved staying at Beary Cozy! Beary cozy was one of the nicest properties we have rented. The house was so clean and very obviously well maintained and cared for. We loved staying here in the Wears valley area about 20 minutes away from the craziness of the pigeon forge strip area.

A fantastic cabin!
This cabin was one of the cleanest and most comfortable cabins we have rented in the past 5 years. The property was private yet still close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. We would defiantly rent this cabin again. Everything seemed to be very well maintained and cleaned very well. It made us feel right at home.

Great location, comfy and well stocked
This house was perfect location especially for families trying to get to pigeon forge kid activities but also want to be close to the trails. Loved that it was set back off a main road and you didn’t have to spend a long time getting to an isolated area but it also was set back enough it wasn’t too loud. From a parent of a young toddlers, this house had extras that were great! Nightlights all over the house and in each of the rooms, in unit laundry, a few kid cups, lots of pillows and blankets. There was even a step stool in the laundry room which helped the kids reach the sinks better. The picnic table outside was great and had views of the mountains. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We were excited there was a vegetable peeler which we often forget to bring but usually want. Overall, it was a great experience. Very clean and homey. Host was easy to work with and helped answer any questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Great location
This cabin is in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The fun amenities kept us busy on bad weather days. The property is clean and kept up. The kitchen is properly stocked with supplies. The only lacking we had was a kitchen trash can and bags. Other than that……we had a great experience and would stay again.

We loved the location, beautiful cabin, loved drinking morning coffee on porch swing!!!! My two complaints is, we never git the lock box open for extra key. I tripled checked my e mail to make sure the combination was correct!! We also had problems with the tv's. We followed directions and still didn't get good programming. They have to realize older people juat have basic cable!! LOL

This property was absolutely beautiful. The cabin was perfect, it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate our needs. It was a little further out than we like to be, but it worked out.

Yearly getaway to the mountains
Great cabin. Location was great for our daily hiking trips and visit to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cabin was easy to find and check in was easy. Happy we didn’t have to climb a steep mountain road and driveway! We cooked in most days and enjoyed the large fully equipped kitchen. Bed in master was comfortable. We were happy here and will return.
