Wonderful Stay!!
We had a amazing stay at Lakeside Serenity. Wonderful views! Everything works perfectly in the house. We already planning to back during the summer.

Tennessee Family trip
We loved the house it was perfect for are family of four . The kids had a blast with the game , movie , and pool rooms. They did not want to leave. Me and husband really enjoyed the breathtaking views. Definitely will be returning soon!!!

Beautiful cabin
My family and I had an amazing stay at this luxury cabin. We had everything we needed at this beautiful rental. The cabin was bright and full of amenities. We would absolutely recommend this for a family or multiple couples vacation.

BEWARE of this disaster
On Thursday, we walked into the cabin; the smoke detector was beeping due to a low battery, it kept us up all night long until the battery finally died around 11:00 AM the next morning. All the sliding glass doors were unlocked when we arrived at 9:30 PM, and one sliding door would not lock. The stove top beeps the whole time you are using it. On Saturday morning, we tried to fix bacon in the oven, and it never heated up. Therefore, we could not fix our frozen pizzas for Sat night supper. The coffee pot NEVER worked.WARNING: The indoor pool is NOT a heated pool, just an indoor pool. On Friday night, we wanted to watch a movie and get in the hot tub. The hot tub was NOT hot, so we started it, and by the time the movie was over, it was still not hot. On Saturday afternoon, we were finally able to get into a HOT hot tub. The basement was so cold we finally had to finish our movie upstairs.The internet kept buffering the whole time we were trying to watch the movie.On Saturday, we woke up to ants all over the countertop and in our food. The maintenance person, Chad, who we saw twice, was wonderful but unable to fix the stove for our supper.This was the worst experience with a VRBO that I have ever encountered. On Saturday, I requested compensation for ALL the problems we were encountering, and as of Monday at 6:45 PM, I have yet to be called by anyone about our experience. I sent text messages to the provider about every item I have mentioned above.

Do not recommend
We arrived at the property and entered into the home, the back deck door was open and there were birds in the living room flying around. We contacted customer service and let them know but by the time they arrived we got the birds out. Our next problem was the fire alarm in the basement kept going off, we were asked if we could silence it, well no as the ceilings are 10 plus feet and we can not reach it. It went off during our whole stay, we were told someone would come out and they never did. The next morning we woke up with ants in the kitchen all over the counters, we did not have any open food as we had not been to the store yet. When we contacted customer service they asked for pictures of the ants and then nothing.. we cleaned it up. We were going to wash some clothing and took everything up the stairs to the washer and tried to turn it on, the hot nor cold water was not on. I contacted customer service, we were asked can we fix it ourselves.... well no, we were paying customers and if something broke then we would be liable, I explained this and they advised they would send someone out. A Maintenace man called and was supper nice, he came out the next morning and fixed numerous other things we found.. the front door would not fully lock and could be pushed open, he fixed 2 of the back patio doors because they would not lock and he also fixed the fire alarm (at this point we were 2 days into our stay with it sounding).
