La casa es perfecta y a pesar del calor de la calle se está fresquito, maría la dueña es muy amable y está en todo momento pendiente, y la ubicación muy muy buena Justo en la Caredral / giralda.

Inmejorable

Una casa preciosa, muy bien cuidada y limpia situada justo al lado de la catedral. María, la persona de contacto, fue muy agradable y atenta, nos dió información de la ciudad y nos recomendó lugares y actividades de interés, cómo los conciertos en los jardines del Alcázar. Una experiencia inmejorable y muy recomendable.

UNOS DIAS PERFECTOS

Fuimos tres amigas de Zaragoza con nuestros hijos, la casa disponía de todo lo necesario para estar bien y sentirnos cómodas. La limpieza perfecta, la cocina completa y todos los utensilios en perfecto estado, otro punto a su favor es el de disponer cada habitación de su propio baño, cosa que da mucha independencia, la situación inmejorable, céntrica pero a la par tranquila, Javier muy amable y atento, nos facilito información para poder aprovechar mejor nuestra estancia. Y sin ninguna duda si volvemos a Sevilla, tenemos muy claro que repetimos al igual que se lo recomendaremos a nuestras amistades

Appartement agréable, bien agencé et très bien situé

Appartement idéal pour visiter SEVILLE, à 2 minutes de la GIRALDA et très proche de tous les autres monuments, bars, restaurants, quartier SANTA CRUZ... Pablo est très sympathique, serviable et à l'écoute, toujours joignable. L' appartement est très bien agencé, 3 salles de bain, placards et la terrasse un havre de tranquillité.

Appartamento molto carino e curato, terrazzo con vista sulla Giralda, consiglio personale da vedere di notte molto suggestivo, ottima collocazione, in zona centrale vicino le maggiori attrazioni ( Giralda, Cattedrale di Siviglia, Alcázares Reales de Sevilla). Il Sig.re Pablo è una persona cordiale e disponibile, disposto a venire incontro alle esigenze personali. Da consigliare.

Terrific House in a Perfect Location!

We recently spent 5 wonderful nights in Sevilla and are so glad that we decided to stay in Casa Giralda. I cannot imagine a better location for a stay in this city. It is truly in the heart of the Sevilla and close to everything. Aside from the proximity to the the major sites, the neighborhood itself is quite charming with its meandering streets and the endless choice of restaurants in all directions. There were seven of us that stayed in the house (ages ranging from 14 to 65) and we all fit quite comfortably. The house is well equipped and the convenience of being able to do laundry really helped lighten our packing. The terrace view of the Giralda Tower is quite unique and our only regret was that the weather was too cold during our stay to really take advantage of that view during our nights. Pablo was an incredible host. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had before our trip and was very helpful with suggestions upon our arrival. Each interaction with him was a pleasure! I would highly recommend this rental for anyone planning a trip to Sevilla!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Seville. La location est située à 50 m de la cathédrale et permet de tout faire à pied. Pablo est très accueillant et se montre très disponible pour ses locataires. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Situation idéale et parfait pour une famille avec enfants mêmes en bas âge. Merci Pablo!

El departamento esta en pleno centro historico de Sevilla, a una cuadra de la catedral, rodeado de bares y restaurants. Eramos 6 personas y estabamos muy comodos, ya que tiene una habitacion por piso, cada una con su baño. Muy bien equipado. No les recmiendo ir en auto ya que esa zona tiene calles muy estrchas y es muy dificil conseguir estacionamiento.

Fantastic localitation , charming house, excellent host

It was a great pleasure staying at the home of Pablo in the centre of Sevilla. The house was not only perfectly located, but also well equipped and very clean. It is exactly as shown on the pictures. The location is fantastic with only one block to the cathedral, easy access to food and shops nearby and main taxi rank around the corner. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see from this house. It is literally 1 minute from the Catederal, 4 minutes from the Alcazar and 5 minutes from all the major shopping. The house itself is very large with plenty of rooms and space. It is nice to stay somewhere that still has some local character to it like the Giralda House. It was very handy having a washing machine upstairs away from the living areas and it was nice that with a bedroom (and a bathroom) on each of the three floors you can easily get some peace and quiet when needed. The beds are comfortable.The kitchen is not big, but it is very well stocked for simple cooking. Wifi is present and worked without any problems The terrace upstairs is very cute and a nice place to sit at the end of a long day and enjoy a wine and the view. Pablo is a very welcoming host, very thoughtful and extremely reliable. He took the time to show us around this extensive home and had prepared a printed list of details of local shopping for groceries, good tapas places nearby, restaurants, nearby transport, taxi phone numbers and an extensive list of the sites and their times open and their associated charge. We used this information quite a bit on the trip - it was a great help. We would highly recommend staying at Pablo when visiting Sevilla!

GREAT CENTRAL HOUSE. SPACIOUS AND SPOTLESS. GREAT HOST

We loved the location of this spotless townhouse, just one block from the Cathedral and a stone throw from the Giralda, the Alcazar Royal Palace, the Archive of Indies or the Town Hall. We have tried some very good restaurants in the area. The host kindly gave us a very useful list of tips the day of our arrival. It is divided in different levels, with a double bedroom and its bathroom in each of them. The one on the first floor is the largest. All of them with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. The distribution was perfect for our group of three couples. We had space for each one and a lot of privacy. The charming living room has a very well equipped kitchen aside (stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses). The terrace is at the roof top, with very beautiful view of the Giralda tower. The laundry is aside with a big washing machine. This is the perfect place to stay in Seville!

Appartement parfait au coeur du centre-ville

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Maria avec qui j'ai facilement communiqué avant le séjour et qui a fait preuve de souplesse pour notre horaire d'arrivée. Maria nous a tout expliqué et nous a indiqué les sites à visiter, les restaurants, supérettes du quartier si nécessaire. Un livret d'accueil trés complet est laissé à la disposition des voyageurs.La localisation de l'appartement à 2 rues de la Cathédrale est idéale : au coeur du centre-ville, des points d'intéret, restaurants et animations.Quant à l'appartement : conforme à l'annonce avec ses 3 chambres et leur salle d'eau respective, des literies trés confortables, une cuisine parfaitement équipée et la salle de séjour/ salle à manger trés agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié la terrasse privée avec vue sur la partie supérieure de la Giralda. L'accès à ce dernier étage est un peu raide mais bien sécurisé avec des rampes. Bref, je recommande vraiment cet hébergement. Merci Maria pour ces conditions de séjour dans une si belle ville !

Great location in the heart of it all

This apartment was perfect for our family of five with two teens and a 20 year old. My kids loved the space and all the floors and terrace. I loved that it was so central to all of the places we wanted to visit in Seville. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers for all of us. It was a quiet even though it was so close to everything. Maria was a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying here.
