"Girdwood is a great location for an Alaska vacation. We spent almost a week here and did so much great stuff in the area. This house was great for our family. Vacasa operates this rental and they're easy to communicate with. I even accidentally locked the key to the house inside and when I called, they gave me the code to a backup key box to get us access almost immediately. There are a bunch of houses clustered together, which isn't ideal, but the neighbors are very friendly. The only negative...

"It's nestled in the forest at the base of the mountain and ski lift. 3 floors and really really Cool. It's a big relief to walk into a property and know that it's clean! We didn't have to re wash dishes or cook ware. If I ever make it back to Girdwood AK, this is where I will stay."

"The property was neat and clean. The Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive, very quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked. The blackout shades in the master bedroom were perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Sleeping in the loft wasn’t as dark. There were blackout shades, but the huge, high living room windows permitted light, bring a sleep mask. The grill outside was a nice amenity and it had an extra propane tank. This is a beautiful location and very private. The hot rub...
