"The cabin was perfect! Plenty of room for 5 adults and pets. The outdoor space was perfect; really enjoyed the swings. Loved the separate space for dogs. Even though cabin is in Sevierville it was an easy drive to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Used Waze maps for traveling and was able to use some of the back roads to avoid the backed-up traffic. Would definitely book again when coming back to the area."

"Had a wonderful time here. Yes, there are LOTS of stairs which we were aware of before booking. That kept our heart rates up while we relaxed on the river so at least got exercise in! We were able to have an adventure while relaxing at same time, without leaving the property. Property manager and housekeeping were extremely prompt to address any concerns. Loved our stay."

"Our family of six had plenty of space and the cabin was beautiful. Brand new build, it even still smelled new. Perfect location just outside of town but very easy to navigate into Gatlinburg which is only about a mile down the hill. We had a bear that wondered through and we watched from the 3 level deck. "We really enjoyed our stay…situated on the river and in a peaceful neighborhood was exactly what we needed. It was nice to be close to the local restaurants and attractions as well. Our host were very accommodating as we had some hiccups in our travels plans at the last minute. They were able to work with me on our schedule so we could still enjoy our stay."
