Great Stay for 10 family members
We had a great stay with plenty of room for 10 family members along with plenty of offstreet parking for our 4 cars.!
This is an older renovated home!
Lina Management was easy to work with and responsive.
House, deck and yard were clean with privacy fence and hedges around it all with a very LARGE yard.
Great Firepit. Great Hottub. Great Deck outdoor table for 10+ people.
Terrific Kitchen fully applianced with dishes pots pans etc
Living room and Dining room huge
Mini Billiard table was great for hours of fun.
AC in each room of the house, so everyone had control of their own room temperature/comfort. Large tv in each bedroom and living room.
plenty of closet space in each room.
Large comfortable beds.
There were 7 bedrooms and so we did not need them all.
No problem for us, but it is located on the Main Street without sidewalks, and traffic is brisk. we did not hear road noise inside house.
Only 3 minor issues upon arrival we noticed.
1. a basement window was broken when we arrived and the board covering it had fallen off onto the inner windowsill. That window still needs to be replaced.
2. there were some deep scratch damage to the walls in the living room area when we arrived. we notified Lina Management and they said no problem, they would take care of it all when we left in 2 days.
3. Front Load Washer in basement smelled moldy and needs a thorough cleaning, but I forgot to mention it to Lina Management.
Overall a terrific vacation home to get away.
