"This property is great. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. Great manager to work with as well. The location is very convenient to the Little Rock area. Easy to get in and out of. "It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"In town for a family member's surgery. The house is located short distance and easy navigation from CHI St. Vincents and made a tough situation so much more bearable. The house is immaculate and is appointed well. Everything is strategically placed as well. All the comforts of home with the addition of a beautiful view! Enjoyed morning and evening walks around the neighborhood as well. Will stay here again if the need arises!"

"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

"The landlord made the check in process very simple. The house is older but was spotless. We had all the dishes and cookware we needed for feeding six adults and three children. The living room area is large and perfect for the kids to wrestle and play on the floor. Thank you Mr. McCoy for providing us with such a good place for our family get together. "
