"My sister and her husband stayed at this fabulous house for 4 days. I couldn’t go but they had a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and cozy. The waterfalls were beautiful and they fell asleep listening to the falls. They sat out on the deck with a glass of wine and dinner. They definitely will be going back and I will be joining them! It’s a great place to just reset."

"This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend...

"We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!"

"Overall we had a great stay at Thunder Ridge. There was a lot of space for 7 of us and we loved the layout of the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only reason we wouldn't give 5 stars is that there were a few lights and tvs that weren't working properly, and the road was in VERY rough shape. It felt like maybe the house just needed a little bit more TLC."

"I liked the stay but there were definitely some big downsides that I struggled to ignore. One of the big ones was having to park meters away from our actual site, which made the process of it all a little more tedious. The grounds weren't well groomed and the house itself had mouse droppings in the top corners and ants all over the place. "We are seven high school women friends now in our 70’s. We gather every year and decided to go to the NH mountains this year. The Jackson house fit our needs perfectly with individual beds for all. We spent lots of time on the beautiful, well furnished deck. The pictures represent very well. Brian was a great host and attended to our few needs in a timely manner. The stairs might be a factor as we get older but other than that it was a great getaway place."
