Cafes, restaurants, pubs close at hand with lots of shopping close to hand. I nipped down a nearby alley each morning to enjoy a great riverside walk to the park and home for breakfast."

"Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also...
"Estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, ambas tenían el baño nuevo lo que se agradece un montón. Las camas individuales no estaban mal, pero el colchón de la cama de matrimonio era tan viejo y blando que nos levantamos con las espaldas echas polvo. Los domingos noche no sirven cena. No hay ascensor, hay que subir las maletas a peso y queda apartado del pueblo de Ludlow con lo que únicamente se puede acceder con el coche.
