This was a wonderful unit!! Conveniently located with access to shopping and downtown Little Rock. Area was quiet and the perfect place to stay for a family visit. 100% recommend this location!! Look forward to staying at this particular location during my next visit to Little Rock!!

Great place in a great location.
We traveled up for the Eclipse with a few extended family members. The house was very nice and in a great location. We felt safe and enjoyed being close to all kinds of food and shopping options. It was great to have a nice home base after our days of exploring and we really had a great trip! If you do choose to stay here be sure to document any issues you have right away with the owner. I found a couple of things and let her know when we left so she could be aware. She accused us of breaking the items and charged an extra fee to my credit card despite me saying it wasn't us. My mistake, I will document EVERYTHING next time.

Out of town for an event
I needed a place to stay for my daughter's pageant. This rental was close by, so it seemed perfect. Unfortunately the event had to change locations due to a fire and i was not able to cancel. I asked to change the reservation which was allowed but i only got half of 1 night refunded. Honestly that little bit made no difference. Staying the 1st night was not as pleasant as I hoped. The heat was not working properly. The downstairs was freezing. The upstairs was ridiculously hot. I reached out to owner who responded but the suggestions didnt help. It remained freezing downstairs. The upstairs became slightly cooler with the vents closed.

Cool Condo
I was here to visit my parents and especially my mom who was recently in the hospital. The location was easy to get to see them and take her to doctor appointments. My nieces in the area called it the cool condo. Love the decor and comfortable feeling while staying there. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend and will see if available on my next trip.

The place was amazing! Had everything you needed.Close to shopping and restaurants.It also was a short drive to the Little Rock Zoo, the Old Mill and was only an hour away from Hot Springs Arkansas. Would definitely stay here again.😀

Perfect weekend spot for ball tournament!
We couldn’t have been happier with a late notice booking with Ms. Stacie. The condo was just what we needed and it was very clean and well taken care of. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Will book again this summer. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for Sherwood/North Little Rock
The stay was very pleasant and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and my daughter loved the little twin nook in the master. The kitchen and downstairs area had many nice touches that we would have enjoyed if we had stayed in more than we did. Most importantly for us it was very conveniently located to where we needed to be and in a nice, quiet area. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable
We were thoroughly comfortable in Sherwood for our visit with our mom in the nearby Indian Hills neighborhood. Stacie was gracious and responsive when we needed to contact her regarding check in, and few days later about the refrigerator. She was able to arrange for fridge repair later the same day and all was working well by the time returned that evening. Beds were very comfortable in both rooms. We liked that both bedrooms had nice roomy bathrooms inside the bedrooms. In all, very clean and comfortable.

Beautifully decorated, this condo was located 5 minutes from CHI St Vincent rehab where my mom was an inpatient. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely use this VRBO again.

Good for a quick stop on a long road trip
It is overall a nice property. Would have been better for two couples than it was for our group of Mom, Dad, 20yr old son, 15yr old daughter and our mother in law. Also, had the wrong key code for the door upon arrival and it took a few minutes of standing outside to get a response from the property manager. A simple, but frustrating detail after 9 hours in the road. Overall, it was good for a quick overnight. Thanks
