"We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The property manager and staff were very nice and accommodative. They gave us free use of the SUPs and kayaks which was lots of fun. The rooms were nice and freshly renovated. Highly recommended for either a summer stay to enjoy the lake activities ..."

Great location and good option for a short visit

"Unfortunately the staff was not able to give me any information about Nagano as they do not speak English, it was a pity, at least they should provide you a map and circle the basic points. In generally, all over Japan people make a huge effort to help you, this was not the feelingI had when I check ..."
