"This “apart-hotel” was AMAZING! Ok, yes, it’s not in the “heart” of London, for that go and pay upwards of $700 a night. The staff was great: super helpful, friendly and nice. The Croydon Train Station is a 10-15 min walk. The self-serve kitchen (breakfast) was excellent. Truly recommend this place for a London vacation. "

"Our hosts were absolutely perfect! Great communication, helpful and provided a beautiful place for us to call home. Complete with simple touches of condiments, drinks, and fresh flowers! Love the helpful hints of how to use appliances that differ from American appliances. Love the street parking and short walk to the rail lines. "

"Cogimos un apartamento familiar, era correcto aunque esperaba más, es pequeño y el nuestro no tenia ninguna ventana, solo una puerta que daba a un patio de exterior que daba miedo. La responsable no habla castellano. Una cosa que me ha sorprendido es los comentarios de los usuarios referente a la distancia hasta la estación de tren, desde luego que no es para ir con niños, 10 min de noche casi en la oscuridad y no es de los mejores barrios...en fin, no volveré."

"Prices on the listing are enticing but, beware! I contacted the manager on Jan 22 with a list of questions for clarity since the listing was vague and the prices seemed too good to be true. I liked his responses. The same day a local friend toured the compound and assured us that the spaces she saw were clean. "El alojamiento ha sido todo un acierto. Nos ha encantado el lugar, un sitio muy tranquilo para descansar después de los días en Londres. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona (aunque hay que saber inglés, xD). Estuvimos 12 días y la tranquilidad del lugar se agradece para descansar. Todo estaba limpio y en orden. Lo único que nos falló fue la WiFi que por problemas técnicos estuvimos 6 días sin el, de resto todo genial. Recomendaciones: poner estor en el dormitorio principal, los días de verano...

"There was no clear communication on how to get into the property. I did ask 24 hours before arriving and it took multiple calls email and texts after we arrived to get a response. The stove top cooker needed to be repaired as it was not working, there was no hot water for the entire 5 days i was there and there is no clothes dryer. We searched the entire property inside and out. I did get a reimbursement for the inconvenience but it was still very disappointing."

"Great place for a family seeking a quiet location. We were greeted by our gracious host, who showed us the cottage and gave us recommendations for nearby dining and places of interest - of which there are many. Watching cows and rabbits graze in the pasture was quite relaxing. Highly recommended!"
