Good location, but needs a lot of work.
"Location is good, across the road from the river and short drive to ocean beaches. Units have been refreshed by the addition of some newer furniture, but the units need major updates to very old and poorly maintained facilities. We had the two bedroon unit at the front of the property which had heaps ..."
