Weekend visit

House was clean and well appointed. The only negative was the malfunction of one of the showers had problem with hot water not working. All the water valve in the bathroom and kitchen were backwards from normal. Communication with property management concerning problems was excellent excellent. Would stay again.

Night mare from Hell

No 5 star rating pictures are deceiving, wish I had read the reviews in advance on 3 reviews they said the same thing we experienced, second bathroom shower did not work no hot watter and low watter pressure in kitchen and mater bathroom. There is a naturel gas leek could smell it inside and out. People walking in front yard just cutting across the yard if fence was not laying on the ground they couldnt do that. The pictures show a fence up and around the yard. They were 2 windows cracked, roaches came out at night. Called the number that said they take calls 24-7 waited on hold 35 min and got hung up on. Verbo did ancer and took my complaint and worked with me. Evolve is the third party Iwould not recommend this house is not livable and should not be on the market until house is updated and fixed.

Good stay, great place!

The property was really neat, a lot of work has obviously gone into it! Just needs a little more to be FABULOUS! We had a lot of difficulty getting hot water for showers. The contact said they were working on plumbing fixes. Would stay again as long as there is hot water.

Vintage charmer! Great place for families!

My family had a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable, pet friendly well thought out amenities for teens like a mini pool table and mini ping-pong table and lots of family games. There was a small glitch that was quickly resolved by the owner who is friendly and very responsive. I definitely stay there again and recommend it for others

ASA Archery Tournament Trip

Loved the house and its history. It has a few quirks but we enjoyed our stay. Not sure if it’s a city thing or not, but being from the country, we are not used to having people cut through our back yard by our vehicles. Turned out to not have any issues, it was just unnerving.

Crickets from property managers

We stayed at this rental for three nights over the winter holiday. The hot water heater wasn’t working, so we were unable to shower the entire time. There were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. One of the two toilets wasn’t flushing. I sent a text message to the property manager and sent a chat via VRBO chat feature. Nobody responded.

Great Stay

This property was perfect for what we wanted to do. It was a five minute drive to the convention center, and kept us out of traffic. The house had a very unique feel to it. Great stay.

The check in process was so easy and the place was very clean

Great stay! Few suggestions: one bathroom didn’t get hot water. And I’m one room there is a cardboard cut of James Dean standing in a corner. We had to hide him. Woke up in the night thinking a man was in the room. Other than that, perfect stay and our whole group got to be together!
