"My short summertime visit to Mammoth was made very comfortable in this condo. Although the weather was quite warm (87F) and there was no AC, the condo was nice and cool at night. The ceiling fans and the standing fan did a great job. Everything worked well. I was especially grateful for the ice maker!"

"We stayed for the second time at Kerry and Guy’s wonderful condo in Mammoth the! This home is perfect for a couple - clean, comfortable king bed, an abundance of plush towels, fantastic water pressure in shower and a large soaking tub! Check in and communication is clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed being able to use the pool, hot tub and the laundry room (please note that the laundry room is now operated with a mobile app and no longer takes coins). Another great trip! "

"Stayed at this house to climb for a few days at Alabama Hills, which was like 10 minutes away. Super clean home. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed and futon were comfortable. Bedding was nice and cozy. On a quiet street, especially for a weekend. The owner was so nice and accommodating, even brought a new air mattress over for an extra person, along with an electric blanket to make sure we’d be warm. "Five night stay. Loved the comfortable king size bed. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The 2 1/2 flights of stairs were fine except when we schlepped things in and out. It was nice to have a garage, especially this time of year when pinecones are falling. It’s a quiet neighborhood but we could sometimes hear footsteps in the unit above us.Not a big deal. Easy access to all the many walking/biking trails in Mammoth. Walking distance to the Village."
