"Had wonderful short beach vacation on Siesta Key. The host was very attentive. We appreciated the extra touches like fresh flowers , coffee , nice beach chairs, wagon. Cute older 2 bedroom cottage but very clean and the AC systems kept it so cool . I will stay here again. "

"This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit...

"The house was great! Loved the mid century vibe. Plenty of space and seating areas. The pool was our favorite! There is no lanai around the pool which we liked! It didn’t feel like we were caged in. The temperature of the pool was nice, not too hot, just right. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice walkable neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. We would have enjoyed some bicycles to ride down to marina. Overall we had a great stay, thank you."

"Location, location, location. This charming little place has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's steps from two different beach access points. Would walk out to Access 3b with our morning coffee to check conditions, then load the wagon up with the provided chairs, cooler, and umbrellas to Access 3. If we forgot something or needed to grab a snack, it was no big deal to walk back to the house to get it. Because there's no public parking for the beach nearby, it wasn't crowded at all....

"Location was great! They supplied all beach items including a wagon. The response time was beyond quick, and there everything was beyond stocked. We would stay here again! The waterfall didn’t work though, but that’s the only complaint "

"We loved staying here, very cute and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach. Very updated and cute! Nice little back area to enjoy! We loved the porch swing! Very lovely owners. Would rent again!"

"Everything was good. The path to the ocean was flooded due to some rains and made getting to the beach slightly difficult. But that was minor in the big picture. House is nice, beach is nice, proximity to town is perfect. Great rental house overall. I'd rent again."

"Pasamos unos días maravillosos, está cerca de restaurantes y de la playa. Tiene habitaciones con grandes espacios. Una piscina grande y profunda. Está protegida con Maya algo que agradecemos. Es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Todo estaba limpio y una decoración de buen gusto. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar en la playa. Fue fácil comunicarnos con el anfitrión, quien siempre fue muy gentil. Ya la he recomendado a familias y amigos. Muchas gracias a los anfitriones."
