Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay close to the beach and local shops. Owner was great to deal with and everything was clean. Had a great stay, only wish it was longer!

Best location
This was the best place we have stayed at on Siesta Keys. Great location to the beach and pool, great for walks on beach anytime of the day. Quiet neighborhood but close to many restaurants and stores. Trolley stop close by across Midnight Pass road allowing us to go to the villages where we found more shops and restaurants. Marty and Vickie were impressively attentive to our needs while staying at their property. Unit was extremely clean! Absolutely would stay here again, looking forward to it. We have stsyed at other places on Siesta Key and this one surpasses all the other. Thanks again Marty and Vickie!

Great away!
This property has an excellent location! The beach, pool, great restaurants, bike rentals, and stores are all a short walk. We appreciated the beach items supplied to take to the beach. Overall we had a great stay and would love to go back!

Nice place in nice location
The place was very clean and we were greeted by owner at check in. Location is close to beach and restaurants. Had some issues with internet dropping out. Called owner and he found out T-Mobile was having issues.

Excellent Location and Property
The property was at a great location. It really is a 2 min walk to the beach where there is plenty of room along the beach to find a good spot. Having the option to go between the beach and a pool is great also! Several restaurants and stores within walking distance and easy access on and off the island. The house was in good condition and it was plenty of room for our family of 4. Clean and well stocked. Owners came by to check on us and ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Perfect in every way!
Everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Perfect location! Close to Point of Rocks, easy access to beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance, apartment included everything you need yet was relaxingly simple! Beach chairs, umbrellas and cart made beach trips easy and when one of the umbrellas broke, Martin and Vicky were very quick to replace it with another! Owners were a delight, were easily accessible if needed, but also respected our privacy. Would LOVE to rent again at this prime spot from these lovely owners!

Great spot
My family of 4 (including two kids ages 2 and 4) had an excellent experience staying here. A very short walk to the pool, the beach and the trolley made this a perfect location for our week-long trip. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. I recommend this listing

Siesta Serentity!
A nice ground floor property in easy walking distance to the beach, pool, and restaurants and shops. Property owners were on call for questions and had very thorough information in the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy apartment
This was a good place to stay. It could use some updating, and the couch offers little support. Towels, cooler, beach toys, and kitchen essentials were great except there wasn’t any pepper in the shaker. It would’ve been nice to have it because it doesn’t make sense to buy pepper for a 5 night stay. They had a lot of rules - no use of laundry after 8, must empty all trash and clean all dishes/empty dishwasher before you leave, which was kind of a bummer given the 10:30am check out. It was very close to the beach, and you could walk across the street to a gift shop, pizza place, and convenience/liquor store. They were great hosts, but next time I’ll do a better job of reading the fine print before booking.

Perfect Location
Located on the South end of Siesta Key. Perfect location 5 minutes from beach and a great pool. My only complaint be with the place is a little small. We had a family of 4 and made it work. Would work best for a couple or a family of 3. Overall solid experience, clean and good communication with owner.

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Shorter walk to the pool. Several beach chairs and a cart to take them out to the beach. Insulated bags available also. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

Excellent winter getaway!
We had a wonderful vacation here! The unit was very clean and well appointed. Great location, park right outside the door and short walk to everything, pool, beach, and crescent beach restaurants, bars, and stores. Pool was heated and not crowded. The trolleys take you anywhere on Siesta Key. Marty is a great host and made our stay a memorable experience!

Cozy and clean
Communication with the owners was fast and friendly. The property is very close to beach and pool. The beach cart/chairs/ and beach toys were an excellent bonus! I would recommend this property for couples or a small family.

Super nice
I absolutely loved the house. I just thought it was gonna be a bit bigger but I guess you can’t tell everything of pictures. Super clean. It has enough room for a family of 4 with smaller children but if you have older kids (like teens) you might want to go with a bit bigger house. Overall it was lovely and I would recommend it. Marty was wonderful to work with.

Perfect Location
This apartment is the perfect location for your Siesta Key getaway. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the most stunning beach you’ll ever see. Flawless white sand and warm turquoise ocean. Marty and Vicky are unbelievable hosts - super nice, very helpful. We had a tropical storm brewing during our stay and Martin reassured us and ensured we were completely prepared in case of issues. Literally the perfect vacation!

Great little cottage minutes from the beach
As far as location-Excellent. Not sure you can get much better. Minutes walk from several restaurants and beach. We didn’t even rent a car- everything was so close -car service from Sarasota airport-we took a trolley to the drum circle on Sunday night. Insta cart delivery from Publix. Nice place simple and clean perfect for the 4 of us 2 kiddos under 8. Pizza joint right next to the fresh seafood market. 2 ice cream stores within .25 miles and 7/11 across the street

Beautiful stay
Nice house and it’s literally 2 minutes away from the beach. The only thing is, you don’t really have a private beach because of the hotels around you. We had to walk to the area where it’s not private.
