Great location
Well... We liked the property... the only thing that we were really confused about that it says the unit was recently "updated"... a few outlets need replacing... the fridge/freezer NEEDS to be upgraded...ice maker doesnt work and had needed cleaning a long time ago..the washing machine kept getting stuck on "rinse" cycle...beach umbrellas are all not working properly or broken...the 2 beach coolers provided were Styrofoam and old and moldy....not many beach items to use (no kart especially)besides all that... We obviously made things work but when you go on vacation to a "updated" $2500+/week rental, I would expect a little better.... ohh and the A/C definitely needs a major overhaul...it worked well but it is not pushing much air at all....another update that needs addressing...

Great vacation
We were not aware that the property would be so crowded, but since it was Spring Break time it was very crowded both in the pool and more so on the beach. We were under the impression that we had a private beach for residents of Crescent Arms only but noticed that there were MANY people from across the street using the beach as well

The villa has great proximity to the beach and the pool. The garage accommodated our car nicely. Very comfortable and quiet. We'll be back!

Perfect beach getaway
This was our second time staying at this villa. Lots of space to spread out. The complex now provides beach chairs free of charge. Umbrella can be rented for a reasonable free. These are then set up for you which is very nice. If you want front row beach views guest do line up at the beach entrance at 7am to get in line to get prime beach seating so plan accordingly. The villa was very clean and provided most everything to make your stay easy. If you have space in your luggage I would stick in a few ziplocs, trashbags and laundry soap. There are beach towels for your use as well as a some beach items. Perfect place for our family to enjoy a relaxing beach get away. Will definitely be back!

Great Villa
This villa is awesome. It’s Spacious & well appointed throughout. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Both bedrooms are spacious & the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, plenty of dishes & cookware. Very close the pool, It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want front row, you have to get out there by 7-715am to reserve your loungers. Umbrellas are $20. I will definitely come back!!!

Annual Ladies Trip
The condo was exactly as listed. Great location, walking distance to some great restaurants and a 7 Eleven. The condo itself was clean and the perfect size for 4 people. The beach is beautiful, and the pool is very close to the condo. The owner is very helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location!
Our stay at this villa was wonderful - everything was as described in the listing. The two minute walk to the beach was excellent, having our own washer & dryer was fantastic, and the villa was inviting and comfy. We would have loved to have returned next year, but it was rented before we had even completed our stay. So, if you want to return, be aware it can be rented while you are still on your current vacation.

Loved this place!!
It was very convenient and comfortable! So very close to the beach and pool. Come prepared though! Nothing is supplied in the way of spices.... literally not even salt and pepper. So bring your toilet paper and spices and have a blast!

Excellent place to re-charge
It was one of our best vacations. Awesome location. Captain Curts down the street and an easy Trolly or Free Ride shuttle to Siesta Village. 2 min on property walk to the white sand beaches and a short walk to Point of Rocks for some shells and snorkeling. Denis is a fantastic rental owner to work with. The Villa is perfect with everything you need for a beach day. The pool is quiet and excellent too. Crescent Arms Villa 12 is the way to go!

Great fall getaway!
The property was just as listed. It was clean and very well maintained. There was plenty of space as well as towels and kitchen supplies. The beach was beautiful and only a short walk. Dennis was a great host and very quick to answer any of my questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful, relaxing stay
Our family of 4 had a great time. The condo was perfect for our needs. It's conveniently located very close to the pool, and a short (<5 minute) walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all needed dishes, utensils, and appliances. Having a washer/dryer allowed us to pack less, making our traveling smooth. We had an issue with the air conditioning and Dennis was quick to respond, it was fixed within hours. The condo is within walking distance to several very good restaurants. We recommend Spearfish Grille, Captain Curts, Daquiri Deck, and The Toasted Mango (all within walking distance), and on the north end of the island, The Seafood Joint Market and Grill. We also recommend exploring Point of Rocks at low tide.

Perfect! Right next to pool but not close enough for the noise or traffic to both you. We had an issue when we first arrived but Dennis was quick to respond. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!
