Fantastic trip!
I was traveling with family and this was a great place. Location was perfect and we used the frog hop for a free shuttle around town. The kitchen was fully equipped and the place was very clean. The owner was excellent with communication. I’d definitely book here again!

The condo was clean and had comfortable beds. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be to have an additional frying pan. The host was very responsive and even checked in on us frequently due to a tropical storm.

Grandson’s delight
Our 3 young grandsons enjoyed all the beach & pool provided. Thanks for beach cart, toys & umbrella. Townhouse compact, but room enough for 7 of us. Currently because of construction in area not enjoyable sitting outside (Not owner issue)

Family vacation after trip to Disney
Beautiful townhouse. Loved the private beach with sun loungers. Beach caddy super handy with beach necessities. Loved having the cool box as well - great for bringing chilled drinks for the day trips. Pool was lovely too. Great size and handy to have the toilets at the pool. Showers were amazing. Super powerful. Townhouse was in fab location to access main downtown as well as the marina for trips. Owner manual very informative with things to do and recommendations for the area. Plus the visitors book had lots of recommendations from previous travellers. Would definitely recommend and be back. There was some building and development in the street but this did not hinder our stay. Owner/ host was super responsive to all queries and very helpful

Great place on Siesta Key beach
This place was a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped. Very clean. Room to socialize downstairs with family in the living room or at the kitchen table. Ceiling fans in every room. Lots of storage space for clothes and bathroom essentials. Great communication with the property owner. Can walk to the road to catch the free trolley into the village.

Great location. Siesta Key is very busy, the place was awesome because you're centrally located, and convenient beach access. Having 2 kids with us, having 3 bathrooms was an excellent added bonus. Host was superb, very quick to reply. We will definitely be back!

Location location location
Steps to the beach, didn’t need our cars the entire time as there are free or for tip shuttles right off the main road always driving by. The village was extremely close only a 7min trolley ride. Home, bathrooms and beds were very clean. 3 full baths but showers were a bit tight for adults. Renter was very responsive and left some good tips in her book. Only real two small cons was the dryer was broken so we had to hang dry our laundry, and beach umbrella was missing a small piece which made it unsteady in the sand but we made it work! Overall, would recommend and stay again!

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. We were so close to the beach, it being private was great. Chairs are available to bring down on the beach but you don’t have to bring them back which was awesome. Great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!
Easy walk to the beach. Condo was fantastic had everything we needed for our stay and beach time. Very responsive owner. We had flight issues, she responded quickly and was much more helpful then the airlines!! Highly recommend!

Siesta Beach Condo
Location was great. Short walk outside of condo…maybe 2 mins and your on the beach via a private beach access. Chairs are provided for guests of the condos so it was nice not to have to lug those around each day. The condo provided beach towels and also had a small cooler that we toted with us to the beach. Condo was clean and enough room for the two of us during our stay. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Getting around was easy. Condo was about 1.6 miles downtown which had plenty of restaurants, small shops, bars etc. There is also Captain Curt’s village in the opposite direction of downtown which was a little closer to the condo with additional eateries and small shops. We walked or rode bikes that we rented everywhere. There’s a trolley you can use too. We primarily picked this condo because of the reviews, location and because it looked well kept… and it ended up checking all boxes.

No siestas in Siesta Key!
We had 6 days to check off a lot of things! This property is pretty centrally located so it was easy to get around. We had a rental car, but the local free buses that pick you up and drop you off are amazing! The private beach is so well kept and not crowded, but a short walk down to the public beach and it was packed, especially on the weekend. Florida never seems to disappoint us! We keep visiting different areas since losing our place in Ft Myers after the hurricane. Siesta Key is wonderful!

So close to the beach!
This condo is perfect if you want a location right next to a private beach at Siesta Key. Easy access, umbrellas and beach toys are provided. The condo was very clean, kitchen stocked with what you need, and the bathrooms were modern and stocked with fluffy clean towels. On site washing machine made this easy to travel with a family.

Great for family vacation
My family and I enjoyed our vacation here very much. Varinia was very accommodating and even made sure we had two pack n plays for our two small children. There were lots of beach toys for the kids and the private beach access was great.

Great stay
We had a great stay. We had an early flight the day we arrived and since there wasn't a tenant the day before, the property manager let us in as soon as we were ready rather than waiting until 4. There was plenty of space. It met all of our wants and needs. We didn't really cook but the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, appliances, etc if we wanted to. The location is great being so close to the beach. It was great to have access to beach chairs, towels and umbrella. We didn't have kids with us but there was a wagon available with toys and floats. We debated renting a car but we were able to get around fine on the trolley, with a stop close to the rental. We Ubered when we went in to Sarasota and never waited more than 5 minutes. The property manager left a list of local recommendations. Siesta key oyster bar and The Cottage were excellent. Marina Jack sunset dinner cruise in Sarasota was a perfect night out. I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful paradise
This property is clean and cozy. We all had our own bathroom which is a huge plus. Walking distance to the beach. Virinia has a huge supply of beach necessities, and was quick to respond if we had any questions which eased my anxiety. I highly recommend this condo!
