Amazing week!
We had a great stay in this condo last week. Check in was simple and Lynn was super communicative with any questions we had. Location on the ground floor with views of the beach and pool that were amazing! The condo was very clean and well stocked. There are plenty of beach items as well as free beach chairs on the beach. The condo has island music on Tuesday evenings which we could listen to out on our own patio. One thing I would say is that the mattresses could use an upgrade. Also, the hot water runs out pretty quick and close parking spots can be hard to get if you are in and out throughout the week. These are just minor things that would not stop us from renting this condo again. Highly recommend Spearfish Grille for dinner. When we come back to Siesta, I will definitely look for this condo in the future!

Great Place-Disappointing weather!
Our yearly trip with longtime friends brought us to Siesta Key this year. The weather did not cooperate but the accommodations were excellent just as described. Perfect for 2 couples. Due to the cool weather we watched a lot of college basketball. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a current list of tv stations and some directions how to use Roku! Everything else was great! Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again! A plus is how close it is to the beach and pool

Annual Siesta Key Get Away
My husband and I love the Sarasota Surf and Raquet Club on Siesta Key Island. The property is exceptionally maintained. It’s right on the beach with beach side pool access. The pickle ball courts are great and so are the folks available to play each morning. Our condo was nicely appointed and updated. Our host is easy to comm. We already ate planning for next year!

Chased away by Helene!
Despite the order to evacuate for the hurricane we enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was great and it was nice to be close to parking and the ground level. Thanks to Lynn for a refund for the rest of the stay. I appreciate it as I did not expect it.

Excellent as always!
Love staying here, second year in a row at this beautiful condo. Lynn the owner is easy to work with and makes everything super easy. No need to bring anything for the beach, she has everything stocked, down to the towels! Having such easy and close access to the beach is rare, the pools are pristine. This is a fairly quiet condo which is exactly what we like about it. Planning to come back again in 2025 for 2 weeks, thank you Lynn!

FAMILY TRIP 2024
We have been staying at this same condo for about 5 yrs. We love the location, the spacious condo and amenities. We saw some "upgrades" this year, as a new refrigerator, stove , micro. Very nice! The only observation is that the 2 queen size beds need updated mattresses .. occupants complained they kept rolling inward into each other. Also for first time, we used the sofa bed in living room. It had not been properly cleaned [popcorn,etc in bed] Threre were no extra linens. Our stay overall was GREAT! These minor details did not deter from enjoying this fabulous condo. We look forward to staying again next year for our "family trip"

A great time was had by all
The only negative thing I can say about our stay was the mildew smell in the master bathroom when we first got there but nothing unmanageable. We just made it a point to keep the fan on for a while after showering. The size of the condo and proximity to the beach were wonderful. All the extras Lynn supplies was very helpful especially all the stuff for the beach. My family of 5 had an amazing time for our first visit to Siesta Key Beach.

Great Location and Very Clean
This condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. The building was the closest to the beach and was also next to one of the two pools; this made it super easy and convenient if we ever needed to go back while at the beach/pool. I really appreciated having beach towels, a wagon, cooler, chairs and beach toys there to use since we flew and couldn’t bring any of that with us. Lynn was very responsive when we reached out and made us feel very comfortable during our stay!

A week in paradise
Let me start off by saying that the owner of this condo was amazing! She was always a phone call or text message away for anything we needed. The grounds of the condo complex were kept immaculate, the beach was beautiful, powder white sand and the water was clear and blue. However, there were some issues during our stay. But, the owner was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Some things I think other potential renters should know: The condos themselves are old. They need to be updated badly! It had everything we needed, but just know, it is a very dated unit. Also, there is no washer and dryer inside the unit. During our stay, the dryer on our floor was broken. So that meant we had laundry hanging everywhere in the unit, to try to dry it. That was a pain, but it worked out ok. We tried a few more floors, but those dryers did not work either. Also, it’s advertised as sleeping 7, but the sofa bed was broken. Luckily, I brought a floor futon mattress with us just in case. If not, my son would’ve been sleeping on a couch for a week. Again, it all worked out, but I just wanted to let others know. Most importantly, the owner was awesome. The beach was perfection. And my family and I had an absolute blast!! Even with the updates that I think need to be made, I’d stay here again! Cannot beat the location and this beach!!

Beautiful property - great location
The condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/linens. Large rooms to accommodate everyone. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, large pool, and a covered parking spot. The use of the beach chairs and umbrella was a nice option and the pickleball courts are very nice! Lynn is a great host and we enjoyed staying in her beautiful condo.

Amazing Property and Condo Location
Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club is a high end property. Grounds are beautiful. The condo is well appointed and has a great floor plan. Dressing area in master was a huge plus for our girl’s trip. Beds are very comfortable. The seating in the tv room is perfect for a group as it has a couch, love seat and a recliner. The best thing is the view! The patio is very private and you look directly at the pool and beach and palm trees. This is a first floor unit and the convenience of parking right by the unit and not dealing with an elevator was great. Just walk out straight to the pool and beach. The property has very nice lounge chairs that they drag to where you want to be set up by the gulf. The unit provides good quality umbrellas but we also paid $20 for the beach attendant to put up one for us for extra shade. You can come and go from the beach as you get the set up for the entire day. This condo is literally the most perfect vacation location!

Great condo in Siesta Key!
The condo is located in a great location. The condo was clean and quite spacious. It was equipped with all the necessary items---beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and cleaning supplies, etc. that you need for a beach vacation. The owner gave very detailed information pertaining to the condo and suggestions for places to eat and sightsee. Since we had never been to Siesta. Key, it was much appreciated.

Siesta Key Getaway
Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip.

Spring break getaway
Everything was great! Location was perfect so easy to get on and off the beach. We used the chairs and towels, which was really convenient. Place was clean and appreciated the stocked cabinets and kitchen had everything needed for coffee to cocktails. Lynn was so responsive and helpful.
