Girls trip
10 out of 10 recommend!!! This place was so cute and very clean. We had 5 girls and we all slept very comfortable. The location is AMAZING, you are so close to everything. The management was super fast to get back to us if we had any question. We will be back, hopefully soon😊

Definitely deceiving
Arrived seemed ok until walking in bathroom,smelled of mold wall was crumbling. Opened up under kitchen sink cabinet and found rat droppings. Found ants crawling everywhere. Sent management email with pictures said would take care of it immediately.Stayed 11 days never heard or saw from them again. Location is great! Not a place I would ever stay again!! Super disappointed

Not as advertised
We loved how close this was to the beach. Less than 5 min walk from doorstep to water. The place is very small (which we expected). However it was pretty run down. All of the furniture seemed old, the bed frames were metal with a fake headboard behind the mattress, the doors were all beat up, and the bathroom door hardware was falling off. The bed frame in one bedroom squeaked horribly and we had to call someone to repair it. They couldn’t fix the squeak so the mattresses got put on the floor for the remainder of our stay (which ended up being fine since that’s where our kids were sleeping). There were certain “amenities” that were not included and we weren’t made aware until after we checked in (like dishwasher detergent). Overall our family enjoyed our time there and we loved the price for the location. But the pictures did not truly depict what we got. The feel was old, run down, and dingy. Which was not what the images showed.

Girls Trip
We had a good time overall. The cottage was not as big as expected. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 3-4 people. The front porch needs an outside light. The back patio furniture was too dirty to sit on and very small. Some bugs had been killed on the bedroom wall and never cleaned off. The check-in time on email said 4pm but on the door it says 3pm. It was a little more shabby than the pictures.

Great location!!
Cute beach cottage. The location was awesome! Across the street to the beach and a few blocks to the action in Siesta Key Village! However there was a rather disturbing issue with the place. Rodents - the second night I was there a rat got into the place and I discovered it dead underneath the kitchen sink the next morning. A second one appeared on the premises followed by 3 mice - 2 inside and I outside on the deck. I will say the issue was addressed rather promptly am with the pest control man coming to the place about 4-5 times while I was there which was 3 weeks. The issue seemed to be resolved the last week I was there. But it made for some sleepless nights. With the exception of this, I did enjoy my stay and again, location is the best!

Great Location, Updates Needed
This place was in an amazing location. Upon arrival I was worried because of past reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t in total disarray. A few things to note, the floors are falling apart, the paint on the walls is chipping, the cabinets and doors are chipped and punched. The pictures are not inaccurate, however they did not take pictures of the bad parts. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, and the shower was barely big enough for a normal sized human being. With all that being said, I would stay here again. I took my own bedding and sheets (glad I did). I just think that with proper TLC and cleaning services this place could be amazing.

Upon arrival things noticed right away were: -Air conditioning not adequate for the cottage and the heat -Cottage is filthy (photos have been sent to VRBO) -Cockroaches -There are mice -Smell of dead animal/possible mouse -Trash everywhere that had to be cleaned up -Remotes not working/without batteries/some have duct tape -Listing says well equipped kitchen, microwave isn’t working properly, no frying pans to cook with, no oven baking pans, cabinet/drawer broken, only 2 forks, stove is completely filthy which is a probable cause for the mice and cockroach infestation -Bathroom needs accessed through a bedroom and bathroom door won’t close -Light in shower doesn’t work -Mold in the bathroom -The doors look like they’ve been chewed up by animals -The paint is worn on the bathroom doors and looks terrible -The cottage needs repainted in it’s entirety -Outlet(s) not working -The wood base flooring (underneath the plank flooring) is rotting and feels as if there are possible holes or broken pieces as if to fall through when you walk -The wood on the back porch is so bad that it's visibly rotting -Had to buy a fan as the air conditioning wasn’t capable of keeping temperatures comfortable Currently seeking a refund.

Great location. walk to town, the beach, shops and restaurants. could have used a really good cleaning -- dust and dirt in corners, on edges stuck to walls. great with full kitchen.

Great location is the only good thing to say about this place
The dishes were dirty. No washer/dryer, we had to do laundry at a laundromat. Towels provided but for our family of 6, we had to wash towels every other day. No cleaning supplies, one paper towel roll and one toilet roll. We were hesitant to sleep in the sheets because we weren’t sure they were washed. I would rather pay more and stay at another place.
