"I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."

"We rented the family cabin for my family of 6 adults. We had the best time. The property isn’t new or refurbished. The cabin is rustic which gives it a woodsy charm. My family loved it. It’s close to restaurants and Sequoia National Park. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough trash bags and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for more trash bags and towels other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"We really enjoyed staying at Ash Mountain for many reasons. To begin with, the setting is superb: a quiet mountain overlooking a river. The constant sound was super peaceful. Communication with Lori, the owner, was great and she helped us to ensure a pleasant stay. "It's a very basic place. I think I paid a lot more that the place its worth. Maybe if I arrived directly, the fees would have been much lower. I feel scammed. The place is a good place but not for the price I paid. I paid almost the same in the W San Francisco Hotel! Not happy."

"The location is great if you are visiting the national park, about 6 miles from the entrance to Yosemite. The town is small, but there is a nice brewery and several good restaurants nearby. The house is clean and we loved the coffee assortment offered. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend!"

"Joyce was fantastic to work with. I booked it with short notice, and everything was perfect! We spent the day at sequoia, and what a great location to come back too. Waking up to those views is just spectacular. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we make it back to the area. "
