If you are not familiar with the area that the property is located, do your research. I saw that some had complained about the location, but that’s just the area…lol I grew up there. So I’m.familiar with the local wildlife, so to speak. Amenities in the area are limited, but about 15-20 miles from EVERYTHING you cou possibly want. If quiet is what you are...

"This was a last minute booking due to a family emergency. It was a great fit for what we needed. Location to everything, etc. House was clean and welcome book was very helpful. The hot tub was a welcome addition to relax at the end of the day. Made attempts to contact the owner which went unanswered until we had left. The property is wonderful and spacious otherwise. "

"Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again."

"Our 2 week getaway was top notch!! The house was beautiful and very clean. Had everything you could think of for appliances in the kitchen. The owner sent us links to videos on how certain things worked, for instance the TV, the golf cart, etc.This was the best!! Communications and response time with the owner was top notch!! Plus, we had use of the golf cart. We had such a wonderful time and I give credit to the owner for that!! All of this for a great price!! Thank you so much!"
