"Great place to stay. Very quiet and perfect for 2 people. Golf cart was a huge plus and used multiple times to drive to Spanish springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thanks to our great host Mark. We will definitely be returning for out next trip there."

"The two bed two bath villa is located on a quiet street in the villages and while it backs onto the 301, there is no traffic noise to be heard. "Our 2 week getaway was top notch!! The house was beautiful and very clean. Had everything you could think of for appliances in the kitchen. The owner sent us links to videos on how certain things worked, for instance the TV, the golf cart, etc.This was the best!! Communications and response time with the owner was top notch!! Plus, we had use of the golf cart. We had such a wonderful time and I give credit to the owner for that!! All of this for a great price!! Thank you so much!"

"Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again."
