"Our daughter and her husband joined us to St MAARTAN which for all 4 of us needed to be just very relaxing trip. We have been coming to St MAARTAN for over 28 years and staying at various areas on the island. We found this gem and it owner and we were so delighted with EVERYTHING. "The house was comfortable and plenty of space for 7 adults. The outside seating areas were perfect for playing games and lounging. The small issues we encountered were consist hot water in the showers. The water was more tepid than hot in all showers but the red bathroom. We had some remotes and safes needing new batteries. It would be helpful to have manuals for the kitchen appliances and a/c remotes. Overall, the stay was pleasant and would recommend to friends."

"We had a lovely stay and the condo was premium. Beach was good, we walked to a beach bar for use of chairs. The good things are Condo was new- view was amazing- large 2 bedroom - around 1800 sq feet- kitchen was terrific , bathrooms were wonderful etc The negatives were No beach chairs available The living room had basically one small couch that is also a pull out and two chaise that are not good for tv watching etc I noticed at 6:30 am that a beach transient looking lady climbed over the wall...

"This property was exactly how it was advertised. Very spacious. You almost only needed your toothbrush. The refrigerator was well stocked, there was coffee and tea and Nespresso and spices and alcohol and condiments. I would highly recommend this unit."

"Lovely 2BR condo with great views of Simpson Bay Beach (waking up to this view was priceless) and direct access to the same beach (middle part of Simpson Bay Beach is the best). Foot bath was provided so sand would not get into the condo. Hosts communicated with us regularly and very responsive. Beach chairs, towels, family games, and toys for kiddos enhanced the stay. "
