Bob's place was awesome. We loved having the ocean in front of the place. We did use the pool a lot. My husband and I walked around the neighborhood in the mornings before our teenage daughters woke up. You are close to Maho Beach if you wanted to walk there instead of drive. We did have a couple of beach chairs to use while we were there. There were also noodles too. The place was clean and Bob was a great host.

Birthday Celebration Getaway
We landed in Sint Maarten 7/22 and left 7/28. Bob was up, ready, and eager to meet us at the property though we communicated prior to our arrival. We were given a full walk thru and warm welcome. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, which is what we wanted, though celebrating two birthdays. Bob was available for any questions or suggestions without being overbearing or invading our privacy. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit

Perfect Beach house
Bob was the best host. Communication was so easy before our trip and during our stay. Bob was out of town but made sure all our needs were met. Chevor checked us in and helped us find a tech store to buy a SIM card for our phone to use while on the island. The house is in the perfect location close to everything. The neighborhood felt very safe. The house and pool were exceptionally clean. Bob has the house stocked with everything you need. We loved drinking coffee sitting on the porch or on the beach every morning. We spent several days on the private beach and at the pool and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. We rented a car and explored the entire island. I would say, we definitely loved the Dutch side most and Bob’s house. When we come back, we’ll definitely stay with Bob again.

Wonderful host, good location
We used the pool every day and sat outside on the deck to admire the stars at night. Having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was great so everyone could spread out.

A piece of paradise
Bob’s place “made” our visit to Sint Maarten. The suite and deck facing southwest overlooks a vast stretch of ocean; the sunsets were breathtaking and the sound of the waves, delightful. The deck includes a small pool that is wonderfully refreshing. A short set of stairs leads from the deck onto a rock and sand shoreline from which you can enter the ocean to swim. Simpson Bay Beach is a short 5 min walk away – and an ideal place to swim, snorkel or lounge on the beautiful beachfront. The suite is on the main floor of a two-unit villa… Bob is a wonderful host– unobtrusive and yet immediately responsive when we had requests. The unit is clean, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend this suite for its comfort, location, spectacular view, and responsive host!

why we loved Baywatch at Beacon Hill
All the features we love about a rental property in the Caribbean were here. Rob's property is right on the ocean. Every morning I could walk down the short set of stairs from the patio into the water and begin snorkelling. It's rocky so bring water shoes, but the underwater landscape and the fish are endlessly fascinating. Rob is a terrific host. After kindly picking us up at the airport (it was late in the evening) he carefully showed us how everything worked in the property and we were able to settle in comfortably immediately. We especially appreciated having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Everything worked beautifully. We rented a car and did explore some of the island. Rob thoughtfully provided chairs that we could have taken to the beaches without rental options. In the end, however, we didn't need them as our favourite beach bar was just a short walk away and fully equipped. If you stay at Baywatch and want to find a sandy beach with loungers, umbrellas and a great beach bar with excellent, friendly staff try Dinghy's.

Wonderful, relaxing house with amazing views!
We had an incredible stay at this spacious house. We enjoyed the back area with chairs, pool, hammock, and the awesome view (all day and at sunset). It was cool to watch planes coming in and going out (the noise was drowned out by the waves). We appreciated laundry facilities and lots of movie channels. I also loved walking across the road to watch the sunrise from the east side of the peninsula. Bob is the most laidback, accommodating owner we've ever met. There weren't even check out instructions, so we were relaxed from the time we arrived up to our late check out the last day. And the price is very reasonable for everything that you get. We recommend staying here!

Amazing Location! You will not want for anything.
We had a Great 8 day stay at this amazing location! You will not want for anything staying here because Bob has thought of it all & has you covered! We loved the location to everything. Maho Market is close for everything and shopped there at least 3 times, but we preferred shopping at the Carrefour Market in Cole Bay for the bigger shopping trips. We used Orders SXM ( Online order or download the app) for food delivery several times on our trip as they have multiple restaurants to choose from & it let us enjoy the wonderful sunsets this place has directly in front of it, every night was a great time watching the sunset & boats going by and you can watch the planes coming in for a landing at the airport close by. We loved having use of the pool, such a great way too cool off and enjoy the views from! Wished we could have seen Bob perform, but maybe next time!

Perfect for our family of 4
Everything was as it was described. Bob was very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay in this house that had a convenient location, just a few minutes from a market for groceries. Our two kids (2 & 4) loved swimming in the pool, playing in the sand, and throwing stones and shells in the ocean. Overall we loved visiting the island and the house was just what we needed to make the stay what we hoped for.

Absolutely Perfect!
Baywatch is exactly like the pictures. Great views, private pool, spacious deck, parking space for your rental car, well equipped kitchen and a very clean property. Bob is the best host. He provided us an informative walkthrough and made sure all our questions were answered. The property had everything we needed. My 23 month old son loved spending time in the pool and roaming around the spacious living space. There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well as casinos, bars and etc. The deck was by far our favorite spot.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect vacation
Our stay at Baywatch was AMAZING. The property is exactly as described and Bob was so helpful and friendly. The kitchen has everything you need, and living area, bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and updated. This was our 3rd trip to SXM, so we’ve done lots of excursions, etc. We didn’t feel the need to leave very often this time because everything we wanted was right there. Sat for hours by the pool and on the sea wall just gazing at the ocean which is literally right at your feet. Did some great exploring of the big rocks nearby and saw fish, sea urchins, sea snails. Staying here was such a nice departure from the big resorts on the island. It’s central to everything you might want to do and see. I can’t recommend Baywatch enough. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Bob!

Baywatch getaway.
This property is an absolute steal for a couple that wants a private pool and the sounds of waves breaking on the beach rocks below the large private deck! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Gas stove and oven, full frig and dishwasher. Really a 4 minute walk to the pathway that takes you to Simpson Bay beach. You have access to beach towels and chairs if you want. Great restaurants near by.

Great place for vacation
We had amazing time!!! Villa is clean and has everything that you need to enjoy your vacation. The Ocean view is incredible!!! Great location, close to restaurants and beaches. Met het gezin (3 kids) twee weken verbleven in Bob's villa. Elke ochtend wakker worden met een geweldig mooi uitzicht op de zee. Villa van alle gemakken voorzien. In aanloop naar verblijf regelmatig contact met Bob gehad, op de dag zelf was Bob aanwezig en heeft hij een rondleiding door de villa gegeven. Bob heeft ons nog een paar goede tips gegeven over stranden of restaurants. Alles bij elkaar een vakantie om nooit te vergeten, op een toplocatie!

Great Stay!
Bob is a fun and helpful host. Any questions asked, were answered quickly and accurately. His home is just as advertised. It is so close to nightlife, supermarket and restaurants. We ended up walking home after hanging out all day and night. Then hopping straight in the pool! Waking up with the beach in your back yard was so relaxing. I will definitely return to this home!

The most amazing place
If you are looking to stay in SXM, look for further. This place feels like heaven on earth. Bob was quick to answer any questions I had, was extremely friendly, and we honestly couldn't have asked for more. I have stayed in rentals in several parts of SXM, and this was by far the best. You are a five minute drive from beach bars and the famous Maho beach (if watching planes is your thing). You can also walk up the road to Simpson Bay, where there are more beach bars with a laid back vibe. SXM has it all: nightlife, casinos, bars, live music, peace, tranquility. And this place provides easy access to all of those. I highly recommend renting Bob's villa!

Very nice property. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing. We have a lot fun. The view from the property very relaxing. The little beach in the back of the house was very nice and we have fun with a kayak. I highly recommend it. Close to very nice beaches. We rented a car so we visited a lot of places. The island is incredible. We loved our vacation.

I enjoyed waking up to the view and sound of the ocean each morning. Hanging out by the poolside with the wind blowing and the palm trees swaying was very peaceful. I liked that Bob offered free calls to the US but would have preferred if the phone was cordless. I enjoyed the rain shower in the main bathroom, water pressure was great. Walk to the shops and restaurants was easy and pleasant. The Wi-Fi was our biggest complaint. You had to stay in the living room area to get any decent service. Bob was a very pleasant and helpful Host. Will definitely stay again! Donna Mount Vernon, NY
