"Porthclew House was a wonderful surprise. Our room was wonderful so beautiful to the side of it. There was even a communal use balcony which we and had a glass of wine in the evening.
Breakfast was great just what you need to set you up for the day. It’s a wonderful property from the grand stain glass entrance to a lovely gardens and location."

Easy to get too and access the property.
Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans.
Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling.
Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...

"Had a wonderful stay at The Townhouse. Our host, Hugh, was marvellous. A perfect mix of friendly, helpful and discreet. His property is lovely. It is a beautiful old townhouse (as the name suggests) and whilst it has some small areas that need a little attention, it is full of character and very homely. We booked a small double room on the top floor and were really surprised at how lovely it was and it had everything we could have possible needed. The ensuite was beautiful. Hugh's breakfasts...
