"Great property. Unique and quaint. Very Charming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Greeneville. We felt safe and it was conveniently located. Adorable candy shop attached to the hotel. (Sweeter than Sweet.) Negatives: room was a bit chilly and never quite reached the temperature it said it was set to. Bring extra blankets in winter! "It was clean and quite ranch style lodge and the view was beautiful saw wildlife outside our door and they have trails to go hicking they have a stable for horses they have a full bar and a great place to eat dinner and the food was great, the staff was ver nice and friendly and made it a great place to spend our Time. "We were very pleased upon entering Wendy’s Cozy Cottage as it was accurately described in her VRBO listing. It was conveniently located in town near our relatives, stores, and restaurants. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very handy since we stayed for over a week. "We came up to serve the families of WNC who were affected by the storm. This property was great in location to access centrally from Asheville to Spruce Pine. It’s a gorgeous place inside and out. We were very surprised by the spacious rooms and porch areas. We had children from 3 to 16 and they enjoyed the bunk beds, backyard area and “secret” loft.
