Great Penthouse
Really great location/ amenities and the condo was really beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing we were missing was some couch blankets to enjoy the view. Our trip was great!

The perfect getaway
Our family enjoyed the most fantastic stay at this Singer Island property! The owner went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The beautiful view, most comfortable bed, great kitchen, and outstanding towel service, chair service, and customer service were more than we could ask for.

Beautiful Property ~ Look no further
This was our third time staying at The Ritz Carlton Residences. It is our favorite place to stay in Palm Beach. Our family of five was very comfortable in this unit. It was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, regular coffee pot and a keurig, basic seasonings and various kitchen tools. No need to bring a thing. There is a nice strip center steps away that has restaurants, gift shops and a 7-11. The owner was excellent with communication. There’s jaw dropping views of the sunset from the balcony! Stop scrolling and book this unit! See you next time. :-)

Great pace to stay for a beach and pool vacation. The building has extraordinary customer service. Restaurants are walking distance as well as shopping. Private beach with your own chairs and umbrellas. Five star service from the Ritz Carlton.

Amazing views
We have never stayed in a condo with views like this! We all started our day and ended our day on the back patio! You can see peanut island, the intersoastal, the ocean, West Palm, Juno, and Jupiter all from the back patio! The pools are so nice, beach service is included with friendly staff. The staff.. all of them… the best! A true 5 ☆ experience! We will be back!

Property owner was kind, easy to deal with and promptly responded. Property is ideally situated on the beach, with staff to provide towels, water, lunch from the grill (except Monday and Tuesday). Our family and baby were able to enjoy the heated pools, see blue waters and wonderful views in the morning and it’s just a short ride into Palm Beach and Worth Avenue. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had a Kureg machine for morning coffee and the lobby had a morning coffee bar as well. Would return, thank you.

Nothing like the Ritz
The host David is very communicative and accommodating. The location of the property is top notch and the facility, grounds, pools, fitness and people area are what you come to expect at a Ritz property. The residence itself is on the 2nd to highest floor and the views of the intercoastal from the expansive balcony are spectacular. The unit itself offers two large bedrooms and one rather small one. The two larger bedrooms have in suite bathrooms. The smaller bedroom has a set of drawers but no closet. The living room is decorated nicely but could use a little updating. The TV set up in the living room is not great as its location makes it a challenge to watch from the large couch. The kitchen has everything including a sub zero fridge. The kitchen/ dining round table works but only had 4 chairs - A 3 bedroom should have at least 6 chairs. Overall it’s a great place and David is a wonderful host.

Great beach
The condo is great - super clean and baby friendly. They had a pack n play, crib, and a high chair. The amenities are fantastic - 2 heated pools, hot tub, pristine beach access, and a great gym. Also weekly yoga and sound bath meditation on property. Parking was also very easy. The staff does appear to expect tips (pool- and beachside getting towels and beach chairs, cabanas, etc), though they were so helpful we were happy to do it. Not a lot to walk to immediately around the building in the neighborhood, though. We really enjoyed our stay and actually tried to extend, though unfortunately it was booked.

What a lovely place! The pictures are wonderful but the experience of the balcony and cozy outdoor furniture were perfect. The interior was stylish with decor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and we loved the spacious bathroom! We even used the sound/speakers throughout the space and it was simple to navigate. The property managers were communicative and responsive. From start to finish this property exceeded our expectations! It was delightful!

FABULOUS VIEWS AND BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE!!
We vacationed in this beautiful penthouse with our two teenage sons and their grandparents, and it was one of our best vacations to date! This property is amazingly gorgeous, and the views are absolutely stunning!! The property manager made it so easy to communicate, and the check in process was seamless. The easy access from the parking garage directly to the penthouse made it so convenient to transport groceries and other shopping items to and fro. Thank you to the owners and property managers for making everything so easy and convenient for us! We LOVED your property and would most definitely stay in your penthouse again in the future!! BEST VIEWS EVER!!!

More like a hotel than a VRBO
My bf & I stayed here 3 nights. Cons: The place feels really empty, cold, sterile, & unwelcoming. They only did the Bare minimum they have to with EVERYTHING. It’s like an echo chamber, especially the master bathroom. It needs LIFE & LOVE. They have uncomfortable, cheap furniture. The Front Balcony view is not private. It’s a view of the A building, other condos & their balconies, as well as the ocean, & the beach. Very limited small kitchen appliances. Just a basic coffee maker, a basic blender, & basic dishware. There's no personality at all. Clearly no one lives here. It's not homey. There were no kitchen towels. Just cheap paper towels. Cheap storage closet doors that are hard to open & close & they break & get stuck easily. No one informed us that there were pipes blocking the doors from being opened so we struggled to get on to the balconies. This unit is run by a rental management team of people all over the country. Who’s the owner? Who actually comes by the place to take care of it & check on things? Because he/she is obviously just an investor looking to make a huge profit, not create an experience for guests that wows them. The master toilet room door swings open & hits you in the back unless you keep it shut. The master closet is nothing but a few hangers on a single shelf up high. No shoe rack. No storage containers. No shelves. No lower hanging rack. Nothing. All white walls. Like a hospital. They have some weird plastic glass for drinking cups. It honestly felt like they’d rather lessen your experience than deal with the potential of real glass breaking. It just screams cheap. Cheap automatic shading. We have automatic shades in our home from The Shade Store that we love. The ones here are noisy, they squeak, & they are just cheap. No tissue paper (Kleenex). No blankets. It mostly felt more like a cheap hotel room than a VRBO (except for everything we can attribute to the Ritz itself). Pros: Views of ocean & intercoastal from up high. Master bedroom king mattress was amazing (it was a firm memory foam). We slept very well. Concealed LED strip lighting in great room was cool. We couldn’t figure out how to change the color though (even w/the remote). They had Roku TV so we could watch our Amazon Prime shows. Just useful info: They use WhatsApp to communicate w/you. The Ritz itself is amazing. Take advantage of everything they offer. Concierge, staff, pools, hot tub, theater, beach, etc.

The views are spectacular and going for miles ...endless luxury
Our family enjoyed this wonderful stay at the condo! The views are spectacular and going for miles, with one balcony having an ocean view and another balcony having an intercostal view. We spent our time watching sunrises and sunsets. The rooms are large and spacious, the place is spotless. The master bedroom had a wonderful view to wake up to each morning, and the master bathroom has a large, high-end Jacuzzi and shower. The service provided by Ritz Carlton Residences was phenomenal; the Grill, an onsite restaurant, has a good selection for everyone; the theater was a good choice for a rainy day to watch any movies or TV shows we wanted. The two infinity pools were peaceful and provided tranquility during our stay, which was additional bonus. Great ambience all around. David’s team responded instantaneously to any questions; we asked for a tea kettle – it was promptly delivered the next day. We are dreaming already about our next visit.
