"Absolutely perfect place to stay for a little getaway in the Sioux Falls area. Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and responsive host. Best part was having a fenced in yard for traveling with the dog. Highly recommend and would book again if back in the area."

"The condo was clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated and close to everything. I was there specifically to visit my son at university and it was walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood, great off street parking. The host could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Will definitely look to stay there again. "

"Just a few blocks off the main street. Lots of restaurants and fun boutique shops. Falls park also a few blocks where you can walk along the river. The room is basically a hotel room but much less expensive. Host was very responsive and it’s small but very comfortable, only complaint would be no hair dryer."

"The room we booked was unavailable due to unforseen circumstances. Our host was up front about the situation and was able to put us in a different location. I believe it was across the street from the original spot. It apartment was good. Had every thing we needed."

"Wonderful property to stay in, little things like a sponge for dishes and extra toilet paper (we only had the roll that was on the rack for a four day stay) would be nice to be provided for longer stays than 1 night. "Did not stay. Found out when ready to check in that this downtown unit (walkable to restaurants/bars) was double booked by host. At last minute, we were offered a rental in a unit on a private homes property in the suburbs across town. Not acceptable for our comfort or convenience to Declined, found a downtown hotel and told refund would be pursued by host Am still waiting on that refund- in addition slow communication is making me apprehensive that I may not get a refund. "The property was okay; not great, but not horrible either. Same with the neighborhood. We were disappointed not to use the hot tub or grill, as the hot tub smelled of mildew, and the grill and grilling utensils (which were left outside on the grill) were dirty. The front porch needed a good sweeping. The inside of the apartment was clean enough. The kitchen was well supplied, and included a full sized refrigerator. Large capacity washer and dryer in the basement were nice to have. The owner...
