Great home
Great home and location for us. We were in town for a softball tournament and this home was a perfect location for the multiple parks we played at. Also a great spot between the 2 colleges for our girls to check out.

Football game
What a great place. Checked off everything that we were looking for in a place to stay. Large rooms to gather in and enjoy spending time together. If it wasn’t our sons last season playing football, this is the place we would want for next time. I know other families will be looking at this one in the future.

Annual Motorcycle Trip

Family Getaway
We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Sioux Falls. There was so much to do and see, from the water park to the falls. Our family loved the house, the huge tables and bedrooms. The hot tub was very nice however we didn’t spend a lot of time in it because it was so hot outside that the garage got really hot. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighbors on one side were a little sketchy but never cause any problems.

Just what we needed
4 of us stayed at the property during a 4 day weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone and we even enjoyed a little bit of time in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the dining area allowed us to sit with friends and enjoy a lovely meal together.

Girls Night In
We had a group of girls for a low key night in celebrating a bachelorette, bride to be didn’t want to do much besides just indulge in some quality girl time and this house was perfect for just that. The lay out is so open, we were able to put many snacks through the counters and seat many at the table, the only draw backs are the neighbors back yard isn’t “pretty” but this yard is fenced in, so it’s not really a problem, and the 2night minimum but I completely understand that, so people aren’t renting it to trash it, as society just isn’t always accountable now days, oh and another neighbor must park their car in front of the house and that car is a definite eye sore out the nice size picture window. The house is nothing special but yet just perfect for a larger group. Pillows & blankets were comfy. My bed was comfortable too. Tons of sleep & gathering space. The deck needs some updating but it’s still usable. Several TVs. The hot tub was a nice treat, cool use of the garage space being a hot tub room. I’d definitely go back, in fact I hope to bring my own family there for a stay someday, or to even celebrate a holiday or something when in town. House has several towels & blankets too. Lots of extras in the kitchen as well. We all enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay at one of James‘s properties
Property was great. Furnishings were modern and comfortable, kitchen was extremely well stocked. Lots of seating around the table, and extra card table chairs were convenient for the porch. Pack and play for a baby. Plenty of towels and sheets, extra cleaning supplies. Wonderfull backyard, we had our dogs and we sat out on the porch and used the grill. They allowed us have our grandbaby’s birthday party there and it was a great venue for 20 people. The location is near everything. The neighborhood was quiet. 2 living rooms so we could watch a movie upstairs while the kids played games downstairs. We did have a few issues that came up that really affected our stay and James was extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

We were here for medical appts and this home was in a perfect location. It’s very clean and updated. The owner was very generous in letting us check in early/out later. Would definitely use this home again!

Wedding weekend
The property was the perfect size for our family and friends in town for our daughter’s wedding. It was a beautiful weekend. The kids were able to play in the big back yard. The property is easy to get to- most places we went to were within a 15 minute drive. The house was clean and well stocked.

Amazing property
We loved our stay at 2004 Duluth. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed. There were games to play in the hall closet and shampoo, conditioner, and even body wash. The house was in a great central location - close to the everything. We loved it and would rent it again.
