Wonderful, welcoming lake home
I rented this spot for 6 women. It accommodated our needs very nicely. We golfed at Turtle Back which was a 40 minute drive, but, well worth the drive. We enjoyed the beautiful lake view and fire pit. I would definitely return

Beautiful setting
House was clean but had a closed up smell. Opened windows right away and lit candles. We also cleaned off the decks so we could enjoy the outside. Beautiful house and very comfortable.

Relaxing Stay
The home was clean and large enough for all of us to be comfortable. The deck was right off the kitchen/living room and facing the lake which was a perfect for reading and keeping track of the kids. The back yard was big enough for soccer and yard games, the fire pit, dock and chairs were in constant use. The lake was beautiful and and shallow a ways past the end of the dock. We plan to return next summer.

Beautiful cabin in great location on Bone lake. Cabin looks just like the pictures, beautiful. Flat yard to play games on, long dock to walk on. Water was good temp and quite clear. Depth perfect for young kids.

Great end of summer getaway!
We had a great time at Sunsets for our end of summer getaway. Our family had so much fun playing yard games by the lake and got to enjoy a few bonfires too. Weather didn’t cooperate but we still managed to get outside and had plenty of space inside when it rained. Loved the basement for games and there was plenty of room for everyone!

It's a great place!
The listing stated that the place was recently renovated. It was done beautifully and the place was immaculate. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay and the owners were so responsive to any questions or concerns we might have had. The lake level was down about a foot per David.. It was very shallow by the dock, but we had no issues at all docking our pontoon , just needed to raise the motor. There was a moderate amount of lake traffic over the weekend, but the lake was big enough to accommodate those and still find a quiet place to fish. During the week, it was very quiet. We caught a great number of large crappies up by the weed beds west of the northern boat landing. Our 2 yr old granddaughter caught her first fish and she was so very excited! There is a restaurant called Wilkins nearby where you can drive to or boat to. They had great food , very friendly staff, and a really nice outdoor seating area. We also took a day trip with our 2 yr old and 6 yr old grandkids to FAWN-DOE-ROSA Wildlife Educational Park in St. Croix Falls. It was not crowded at all despite the full parking lot, and you could walk thru the park at your leisure. The kids loved feeding and petting the animals and we got some great photos and videos to treasure. The place is very clean and well managed and would recommend it to anyone with children to visit. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again David and Lisa for letting us rent your property!

Beautiful home and location!
Stayed at the property for a fishing weekends with the boy’s and we had a great time! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved the basement lounging area! The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a big group. Also, we didn’t have to search far for great perch fishing!!! Straight out from the house we caught buckets of perch snd had a nice fish fry 🙂 The owners are super nice and accommodating

Great place for a family getaway.
Overall everything was great. Exceptionally clean! The cabin/house is very nice. The kitchen was my favorite...all new beautiful top of the line appliances, very spacious and spotless. Lots of windows for great views. The basement was OK, it felt empty, I think it needs more color and decor. The firepit is in a great location by the water and the outside is well taken care of. The driveway is a bit challenging if you are bringing any type of trailer in, there is not a lot of room to maneuver very easily. It is very close to a State Park to hike or mountain bike as our 14 year old did and had a great time. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on Bone Lake and we would stay here again if we were in the area.

Great place with great outdoor space!
My group of four really enjoyed staying at Sunsets. With a smaller group, the place had more than enough space. We spent most of our time outside - nice deck/porch areas, large flat yard, fire pit, and dock into the sandy-bottomed lake. The sunsets were really great. David was very responsive and we had no issues. I would definitely come back and recommend Sunsets to others!

Fantastic Cabin!
Our family of four had such a great weekend at this cabin! The cabin is so nice and well appointed. Had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. David and Lisa gave us great recommendations on local parks to hike and farms to check out. We made s’mores by the campfire and loved the view of the lake. Will definitely stay again!
