Family ski trip
This is the second time we have stayed at this house for a family ski/snowboarding weekend (6 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids, 2 dogs). It’s a great house with plenty of space for people of all ages. The hot tub is awesome after a day at Hoodoo and the fenced yard is clutch for dogs to run around in. The living room is cozy and comfy for watching movies and the kitchen is decently stocked with the basics, but I would bring anything special or specific you need (like electric mixer, rolling pin, crock pot). They have some games, but some pieces are missing, so bring your faves if you are game people. Overall it is a cozy house to hang in between adventures and we will return!

Happy once more!
This property worked fabulously for our family of 10. We were here (7 of us) just a few weeks ago. The hot tub is ideal, the ADU out back was great for my wife and I. Easy to recommend!

Grateful for the home
We really loved staying in this home. As a matter of fact, we are coming back with more family later this month. Great setup, all the tools and conveniences we needed, and plenty of bed space for our large family.

Great house but cold
We enjoyed our stay but the first 24 hours the house didn’t heat up. We had to use the wood burning stove. Also the smoke detector in the ADU went off our last night so my daughter ended up leaving because she didn’t want to chance it. Could be a bad battery or carbon monoxide.

Perfect size for family trip
Nice home in a lovely neighborhood, good size (including ADU) for 6 adults. Great kitchen and living space. The host was friendly and responsive, answered all of our questions. When we had issues, he worked with us on the resolution. Needs a small bit of work to be an outstanding property, but overall a decent stay.

Wildland fire fighter R and R days
We came over to spend my hubbys R and R days with him, he has been on a local fire for 21 days. This was perfect! Room for everyone, we enjoyed the hot tub, checked out the pool and played all the games! We were already looking at openings to come back!

Great Time in Sisters
House was perfect! We had 8 adults, a 6 year old and one dog. The community is very cute and the yard was perfect for our group to sit outside in the evenings with the dog. Location is central to many outdoor activities and downtown sisters is charming with shops and restaurants.

Family wedding
We came from California for a family wedding. The property was perfect for our five adult children and my husband and I. We also had our two dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We would love to come back!

Family Gathering in the Pines
This property was wonderful and the perfect place for our extended family gathering. The kitchen was truly well-equipped for extensive food preparation and serving of a large family celebration. The fenced yard, hot-tub and ADU added to our comfort. We would recommend this place especially for families or groups looking for comfy common areas as well as a bit of personal space. The Tollgate neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with nice walking paths. Highly recommend.

Cozy relaxation with room!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms and beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great for relaxing before bed, and the neighborhood is ideally situated for those who want to be close to the amenities but maintain peace and quiet. The kids loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing all of the wildlife. The dogs loved the backyard. We will definitely be returning!

Family reunion
Beautiful area. Great large backyard for our dog and family gsthering round the firepit. House was Beautifully decorated and floor plan perfectly fitted for gatherings. Totally, Family and pet friendly. We would highly recommend this ABNB. Thanks Joesph for helping us along the process we apprecate it. We will definately be returning ;) Just a few maintenance and cleaning items... The coffee maker in the AUD did not work because it needed descaling. Pots and pans we burnt and needing replaced. Fire pit lighting had no extention cord to run to outlet. Empty propane tanks for BBQ'r. Didn't seem cleaning under livingroom tables and chair, couch and beds had not been done for awhile (noticed as I had to reach for ball the dog pushed under them) Hand towel rack coming off wall in hall bathroom. Unable to open washer door due to it being moved to far over. Curtain rod broken over front livingroom window. Twister for opening or closing blinds in bunk room was laying on windowsill.

There was just something special about the house and grounds. We felt at ease immediately and peaceful through the stay. The mstr bath is perfection and the mstr bed is a cloud, yet not too soft....magical. so comfy. Anything we needed was at hand, but a step stool would be a great thing to bring along. We are looking for excuses for another chance to visit!

Tollgate Reunion House
This house had alot of plusses! The back yard was so perfect for our Friday night reunion kickoff dinner. We also had a 2-year old & a border collie who Loved playing in the spacious yard. We enjoyed the hot tub...it was super clean. The house was big enough to easily accommodate 4 couples. Esp liked having the ADU for our older brother & his wife. The minuses were: the uppper dishwasher rack was broken & only usable by squatting down to load & unload the glassware, etc. because you couldn't pull the rack out! Our Host never disclosed this issue, which he obviously knew about. Also, the shower curtain in the main Bathroom had a foot of pink mold on the bottom of it, which was unexceptable, easily fixable by replacing! All in all, thank you & we'd love come back...👍🙂
