Very accustomed description of property. Amazing view of forested landscape outside massive stack of windows in great room. Easy travel to skiing and the town of Sisters.

Beautiful Home, Good Location
My wife and I rented this house for an anniversary get away. We enjoyed using the fire place and watching the wild turkey flocks passing through the back yard. The only critiques is the jacuzzi drain plug wasn't in making the bath difficult to use. There was also some dust and cobwebs at high windows and bedroom corners. Could be cleaned a little better but overall a it was a very quaint house.

Beautiful Ranch home
The home is beautiful and the peak-a-boo view of the meadow was nice. Turkeys visited the property daily and the deer mom and twins were always just down the hill. Close walk to the Paulina Spring for the best water on the planet ;) We were staying at the ranch to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had our elderly mother with us. The stairs down to the front door were a bit challenging for my mom since there is no handrail. The loft bedroom and “nursery “ type room with the twin bed were quite warm even though the temperature was not too hot. The AC helps a little but we really needed to open the high window in the loft. Unfortunately we didn’t find the ladder until our departure. A couple of the other windows were missing screens so we didn’t open them due to bugs and bats, this would have helped cool the house at night This was a very comfortable home and we would stay again.

We loved the huge windows and view. Location was excellent and the house was spacious enough for everyone. Weather wasn’t cooperating so I’d love to come back when we can lounge on the decks.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time staying at this property and loved Black Butte Ranch. The property was perfect. The location was ideal. We had a wonderful time hiking at Smith rock and to the top of Black Butte. We will definitely stay here again. The check in process and communication were outstanding.

Black butte ranch is amazing! The house was fantastic. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work, but it was no big deal for our big family to take turns washing. Loved it!

A view with privacy
Great off-season break from life. Was looking for a fireplace and a view and got both! Two story wall of windows with a woods and Black Butte view was great for lounging in comfort. Well appointed kitchen and great deck space were a bonus. Parade of wild turkeys every evening provided natural entertainment.

Nice house, great views, definitely enjoyed our stay. A couple minor issues: Remote control blinds in master bedroom and master bathroom did not work; TV instructions not clear, hard to figure out; box of firestarters next to fireplace was empty.

Relaxing Vacation!
We had a great time in this home. The great room and fireplace is a wonderful reading spot. Everything was as described and we appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is in terms of cookware. I have stayed in a fair amount of homes at BBR, this one was by far our favorite. Watching the sun come up with the view of Black Butte was fantastic. Thank you!!

All the comforts you need
This lovely home has all the amenities needed for a very nice stay. The kitchen is full of everything needed to prepare nice meals. The setting is amazing with a view of one of the areas small mountains and a field of horses.

This house is very well located with a beautiful view and nice decks to enjoy. The layout is good.
We were pleased with the property and house. We were disappointed in trying to reach Vacasa/property manager in regards to a missing remote resulting in no ability to use the large Smart TV in the home. This was not a deterrent but would have been nice to have access to the TV. We would stay in this home again.

Beautiful home
Loved our stay. House is beautiful, had lots of spaces for our family to gather and had everything needed to make it a home away from home. Location was spectacular - view of the meadow was a wonderful surprise. Only thing that would have made it a true 10 in all categories... a king bed in the master. Loved it.

Beautiful property - bad management
This property is perfect - the setting, the way it’s furnished and stocked it we had no hot water our first morning and never got anyone from vacasa (our rental contact) until the day we were to leave. I will not rent a property from vacasa again but we’re this property to be managed by black butte or soneone who cared, I would highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay !
The home was bright and well-stocked, and it offered breathtaking views ! It was perfect for a getaway of our family of 4. The kids enjoyed watching birds, squirrels, and wild turkeys. A selection of board games was a plus ! We would love to return !!!

Lovely view of Black Butte
This property was bright, clean, and had a relaxing view. The internet service was spotty, a problem we had never faced at a Black Butte rental before, and there was no access to the garage for bike storage which we also missed. It was a very nice home though, and we would likely stay there again.
