"This was my first stay at this property. The location is terrific for meetings in central Trivandrum. The property itself is great for a business traveller. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both local and national favourites. The staff were unremittingly friendly and helpful.

"The property was being remodeled, so our floor was dusty/smelly (they did offer us a replacement room, but we were too tired to change the rooms).
The rooms and amenities look aged! Staff was excellent."
"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for.
