"We chose this property as a home base to explore Waterford and Wexford Counties. We like being out in the countryside away from the bustle of bigger towns. So glad we found this place. "Large country cottage, well stocked in the kitchen for those bits that are so easy to forget. Underfloor heating a real treat. Beds really comfortable. Me and my five sisters would definitely stay there again. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the entrance off the main road needs to be sign posted as is easy to miss when you are new to the area."

"This is a fantastic property. The location is perfect and New Ross has some interesting sites and great restaurants. This property was very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms excellent. The owner’s agent was welcoming and even had sconces and tea for us. Overall this property is a 10+. We’ll return and recommend to family and friends!!"

"Great location, very very beautiful. The pod was smaller than expected, but most of it was there. For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. For the rest, I would recommend people checking out this place as the area and the views are amazing!"

"Words cannot describe the absolute serenity of this cottage, from the gardens to the comfortable interior, it truly is our Irish home away from home. Patricia and Roger are wonderful hosts, very helpful and just lovely, interesting people. They really care about their guests. The cottage is conveniently located to so many sites in Southeast Ireland. Even tho we didn't have many "sunny skies", we had one of the best stays ever in Ireland. We will return!!"

"First impression was the remoteness of the property. On outside of the property, windows and door were covered in cobwebs.
