"The cabin was extremely clean, had anything you would need for the weekend. Owners responded very fast when we had any questions. Location is beautiful, and hot tube was perfect. Our only issue was the sulfur smell inside the cabin when we ran the water or took a shower. We did contact the owner and she did explain that it may of been due to the rain, She told us what to do and it seemed to help for - day, but next day smell was back. "Great place to get away for a few days. Super clean. Beautiful view and a great little creek back behind it. Excellent kitchen, well-stocked and in the center of things. It would have been so much better if the fireplace was not broken. The big beautiful stone hearth was the main reason we got the place and it seemed so cold and dark without a fire and made being inside at night a little depressing. But if they get that fixed, we’ll definitely go back. It was a great location and a great cabin....

"We had a great stay! Location was quiet and secluded. The beds were comfortable and the common areas perfect for us to relax and visit. We loved the screened in porch and ate most meals there. "We had a wonderful weekend at Buck Haven. Janie and Cy, the hosts have thought of everything to make for a perfect weekend stay. The cabin is so comfortable and the views are amazing. We love sitting out on the deck and enjoying the scenery. Check in and out is very easy and they were very flexible. This was the second time we have stayed there and we hope to be able to do it again next year."
