Location was great. Views and access to the beach were amazing. Beds comfy. Nice and spacious. Would like to see the requirement to bring bed sheets and pillow cases in the actual listing not just on the rental agreement.

January Stay
We found Answer to Prayer to be that, a comfortable family size beach house. Great access to the beach, good viewing, the dolphins didn't disappoint. The beds were comfortable, good kitchen, dining, and living space. Access to the garage was a nice benefit. Roger was prompt with all communication. We look forward to a return trip.

Answer to prayer stay
We have been coming to Topsail now for several years. This was our first time in N Topsail. We loved it so much better than other places we have stayed. The beach was very clean and not very rocky like other parts of the beach. We did purchase a mop & left for the house along with a new charcoal grill & grilling tongs & spatula. The two grills that were about to fall apart so we went ahead and got a new one. We did not throw the others away in the event you needed to keep them for some reason. We loved it and are in hopes we are able to come back in the future. Your Answer to Prayer was definitely our answer to prayer! Thank you.

Beautiful spot right on the ocean
We enjoyed our stay at this home. Morning walks on the beach watching the sun rise and collecting shells and shark teeth were great. A nest of sea turtles hatched while we were there. An added bonus.

Answer to prayer
My husband and I along with our grown children enjoyed a much needed relaxing break together . This property was so perfect for us. Beautiful views from every window and great gated deck for our 5 year old lab. My husband immediately claimed one of the high deck chairs and said this is my spot for morning coffee and every evening! We have all agreed that we would love to return! Roger called after we settled in for any questions…he was super helpful .

Answer to a Prayer? Indeed!
This house is beautiful, well kept, and pleasantly decorated. We loved the openness of the first floor and the fact that it has bedrooms and a bathroom on both floors, making it easy to enjoy for someone who is a little less mobile. Everything is organized and the kitchen is stocked well and the shelves are labeled, making it easy to put things back after use. Another plus - the beds were comfortable. Plenty of windows to look out at your backyard - the Atlantic Ocean. The beach was fantastic, as usual, and never crowded. This was my fourth visit to Topsail and by far this was the nicest place I've stayed at. Check it out. I know we shall return!

Another GREAT Vacation!
Always love this home, location is great, beach is perfect and the property is immaculate. All the amenities are there and the owners are very responsive and accommodating. My family had a great trip and that is the most important part. Thank you, Roger! Six stars out of five!

Great stay
The house was clean and there was great communication. We had everything we needed even items for children (baby gates, stool in bathroom, high chair). Kitchen was well organized. The master bedroom was really large so you could fit cribs or air mattresses for kids easily if needed. This part of the beach is next to a small public access but I didn’t see many people using it. It was rarely crowded and we never had trouble finding space in front of the house. The deck was nice and there were alot of beach items in the garage. It was off the main road so there were no fast cars if you’re getting in the car with kids or dogs. There were a couple of restaurants within 4-5 minutes but the rest are about 10 minutes in surf city. I personally liked being away from the crowds in surf city but close enough to go there for dinner. I definitely recommend this house and location!

Truly a gem
This property is a lovely representation of the overall beauty of Topsail Island. It is perfectly nestled on the shore with all the amenities one would need and more. It’s clean and very well organized. Definitely an “Answer to Prayer” for the week!
