"Nice quiet location, although being on a farm there was a small amount of work related activaty at times which did not spoil our stay. The furnature and equipment was the best we have seen in the numerous property,s we have stayed in. Friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended for a restful holiday."

"Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. "stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. Highly recommend a stay here and the owners, Amanda and Barry are friendly, helpful and good folk."

"The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fabulous stay, the property was beautiful, very clean, and lovely decor. ideally situated for site seeing and found a lovely Italian cafe over the road, the owner was so nice. The only negative was there was not enough pots (serving dishes) for nibbles etc. everything else was perfect. Would definitely visit again. "
