This is a unique property! Views were gorgeous, and the ski in/ski out access was excellent (though not for the very weakest skiers). Kitchen worked great, and the mudroom area for heading out to the slopes worked very well. The decor in the house is distinctive; I kinda enjoyed it, but others found it too weird. The two big minuses are that there are almost no window shades (prepare for early starts!) and that there are lots of steps. Almost every room is on its own floor, with lots of half-flights of stairs connecting them. Between the elevation and some skied-out legs, the stairs became a bit of a chore by the end. And my 9-month-old nephew needed constant supervision; luckily my 2.5-year-old nephew was safe on stairs. With all the pluses -- including nicely responsive management -- I'd consider staying here again, but I'd pack eyeshades for everyone and probably go elsewhere with little kids.
