Beautiful condo and scenery
The condo was so clean and lovely! Lots of space and 2 baths made this very family friendly. Since it was off-season, the lodge was fairly empty and most of the restaurants and gift shops were closed. I imagine the place is bustling and fun during the ski season. Remember to print maps before you go - hard to get around with no GPS in the area. The views in West Virginia are gorgeous! We took the Cass Scenic Train ride up Bald Knob, it was a perfect Fall adventure. Would love to come back sometime.

Convenient
Overall the property was well supplied with full kitchen equipment, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. Communication was excellent, requests/issues were responded to immediately. There was a fireplace in each room and because the pool/hot tub were closed due to renovation, accommodations were made to use another facility within the Snow shoe resort with excellent communication. One suggestion would be to provide a reading light in the livingroom/sitting area.

Beautiful condo, well equipped with everything
Stay was very nice. Nice to have food prep, game room, pool, hot tubs, etc. We did clean the dispenser in the washer. It had some build up of dirt but other than that, everything was great!

Mountain Getaway
Overall our stay here was good. Do wish we had been given information on things to do. We were part way through our trip before we found out a bus would have come to take us to the village instead of us driving around. This was our first experience in the mountains so overall we were happy.

Wonderful!
We had a small hiccup getting into the room (couldn't find entry code). Then, simply wonderful. Clean, simple, great location/ layout. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and worked perfectly fine to share the shower in the kids' bathroom. Loved "First Run" coffee shop and breakfast croissants! Don quickly and readily accommodated our request for late check out. Really appreciated the 6 inches of snow too!!! :)

My cousin & myself had a great time. Even though we didn't get to go snowmobiling or tubing, we where to early. Such a beautiful place! The village was adorable. Condo was exactly as they said. Hope to go back sometime!

A nice place to stay
The description and photos match the property. Quite spacious and nicely equipped. The owner communicated clearly how to find the place and how to check-in. Two thing to be aware of. While the Wi-Fi worked fine there was no cell service at all and it is a bit away from the Snowshoe village. Some people may like this, some may not. Would stay here again.

Labor Day fun
Great stay; condo was an excellent choice for our family; had a deadlock issue and owner was on it in no time! Fixed before we knew it! Only complaint which had nothing to do with condo or owner is that the pool at the condo was shut down and we chose the place due to having a pool and hot tub for our kids ; other than that great stay

Fun times in Snowshoe
Lovely 2 night girl's trip stay for 4 at this condo. Great comfortable space. We enjoyed the pool - happy that no attendants were there during the summer weekday season to enforce the 'No drinks' rule. I get no glass but NO drinks?! Despite what the website states, The Locker Room sports bar was open until 11 pm Thursday night! We felt like we hit the jackpot 😂. So much fun on karoke night. A lot of the people there knew each other so it had a 'local bar' kind of feel. My only complaint is that amenities stated there was an iron and also extra blankets/sheets - nope. I know I could have messaged the owner if it was a big issue, but it wasn't. I just wore 2 articles of clothing wrinkled and we gave the cold natured friend a blanket off one of the beds. The dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes which was odd - checkout instructions state to not run the dishwasher but who wanta to open a dishwasher with dirty dishes already inside?? The portable a/c's did a decent job of keeping the temp from being uncomfortable. I would stay here again.
