"O anfitrião foi super atencioso e rápido na comunicação, com instruções chegada de chegada desde o aeroporto. Fez um pequeno tour pela região da casa mostrando vários restaurantes, mercados e lojas de nosso interesse. A casa estava muito limpa e bem equipada com bons utensílios na cozinha, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, internet com boa velocidade e televisão a cabo com canais regionais e internacionais. Região próxima de Shinjuku, apenas 3 estações de metrô de distância, e de fácil acesso...

"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...
