A destacar la cantidad de cuartos de baño, que cuando se alojan mucha personas en una vivienda es importante. Sofas y mesa de comedor para poder comer y descansar todos a la vez. El menaje de cocina completísimo y en perfecto estado, así como los electrodomésticos... Aparcamiento en la puerta, supermercado muy cercano, restaurantes...
