"The property was very comfortable. I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks while visiting my sister who lives in town. The condo was in a nice, quiet area just off the Bluebonnet Nature Trail. The owner was very responsive when I had questions a couple of times. He came right over to get the ceiling fan going. I would stay here again if I needed a place in Baton Rouge. (Per the property description, there is no smoke alarm; you can see where it used to be on the wall but it's gone.)"

"The yard was dirty with alcohol bottles, packaging for unknown items, and other items. For furniture is two very used and uncomfortable futon sofa/bed. Some of the receptacles didn’t work. The mater bed you could feel every spring."

"The host provided the wrong address in listing. The stove top was half up half down which was unsafe to use. Towels were not provided which at-least could've been stated in listing. Rooms had no TV, there were holes in the wall and huge stains on coaches. There were stains that look like possible blood stains on the sheets in the room with twin beds. The restrooms were not up to par. My family showered with crocs on. The house was decorated specifically for the listing pics."

"Unique home that served as a great launching point for a weekend get together around an LSU FB game weekend. Home is in a nice location with a grocery store not even 1 block away. Easy access to university and highways. Beds were comfortable. Loved the quirky dual staircases. Had the biggest master bedroom suite I’ve seen. "

"Sizable home, plenty of extra blankets, bare minimum basics in the kitchen/bathrooms. All the beds are incredible thin and uncomfortable. There are no hand towels in the bathrooms and no dish towels in the kitchen. We had to purchase some basics throughout the trip - paper towels, trash bags, smoke alarm batteries.. but the host was kind enough to bring us a ladder so we could change the beeping smoke detector battery. The home is in a good location, close to lots of gardens, museums, the mall,...

"The house was great !!! Only had 2 problems . 1) Agent could not remember the door code to get into the house, so it took us about 1.5 hours to get into the house. 2) The owners had installed a new thermostat and the heat would not come on (it was only cold for 1 day) but they did get it fixed. Overall the house was great and would stay again."

"We arrive at the property after check-in time. I had to call for door code. The place was not clean at all. Kitchen sink had dirty dishes, washer had items in it, tras on living room floor, beds was not made, yard was a mess, toilet wouldn't flush, bathroom sink was leaking. I would not recommend this place to stay at all. I communicated with the manager who agreed to partially refund for a day but never received any refund."
