Francisco's attitude was very annoying when he refused to provide an invoice upon check-in and payment. When we asked for the invoice, he told us it wasn't possible and that we should have requested it earlier. He wasn't clear about it since we had just requested it after paying. This had never happened to us in any hotel. He gave implausible excuses and said he would send it upon checkout, which he never did. It was abusive on his part.
