Great location but the property could use some maintenance. No hot water!
I'll start with the property manager who met us. He basically was there to just let us in and didn't go over any of the properties features. He barely said two words to us just threw the keys on the table and left. Not very welcoming. There are stairs you have to carry your luggage up which was mentioned in the listing but be aware that you must also carry your luggage up stairs once inside to the two upper bedrooms. Some of the light bulbs did not work and one of the upstairs bathroom showers needs renovating compared to the other two. There conveniently is not a good photo of this shower on the listing. The kitchen area is bright and there is a big window to open which was nice. Our main problem was with hot water. We barely got two showers in before we ran out of hot water. We were six people who had traveled all day and wanted to shower. We called the property manager who supposedly sent someone over to check it while we were at dinner. We assumed it was Ok until we tried to shower again the next day. Luckily we were only there for two nights. I guess the property manager came to the conclusion, after we checked out, that something was plugged into the wall in the bathroom that I was using and tried to imply that we plugged it in. The plug had tape on it that said do not plug and we most certainly did not. I'm not sure if housekeeping plugged it in before we got there or what but you would think maintenance would have figured that out when they came to check it the first time. No compensation was made to us for taking cold or no showers. To summarize, the location is great but the property management is lacking.
