"We stayed here for one night & it was perfect! Husband is usually standoff-ish to “stay in someone’s house” but this bedroom/bathroom was completely private, including private fencing. The host sent us detailed information the day of regarding parking & misc info. TV in the room as well, so that was a perk. There’s also a keurig if you wanted to bring your own k-cups. "The property was as described with a big and well equipped kitchen and also a large sized washer and dryer. The bathrooms are nicely renovated with every thing you might need. The location is very convenient and quick walk to Stony Brook Village. The bedrooms were well sized and as pictured. However, the beds could be a bit more comfortable. The two single beds squeaked a little bit. The property could also use a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. I brought those things with me but some others...

"Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. Would definitely rent again. Host answered all questions in a timely manner."

"We were 7 adults away for a 4 night trip. House is roomy, beautiful, well stocked with a stunning view. Everyone said beds were comfy & they slept well. We cooked/grilled all our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. "The house fit our needs. Fun was had on the quad. A real ladder to the treehouse. On the fridge the water and ice maker doesn't work. It was nice to be able to sit out on the swing and also in the back of the house too. the short walk to the little lake was pretty. Response with property manager was good, and refurbished the paper supplies we needed for the house in less than hour. It was a nice 2 night stay."
