"If you’re wanting to be centrally located for exploring the central coast, and you appreciate outstanding views including surfers and sunsets, this cozy secluded 3-level home might be for you. There are some caveats though: the entry way is challenging and a bit steep, the inside stairs are also steep and need to be used a lot since bedrooms, main bathroom, and living area are all on different floors. "the house was amazing and the view was spectacular. The carpets had stains throughout the house and had stains on the couches upstairs as well which was very concerning since I didn't know what the stains were. everything else was amazing but i would suggest getting the jets upgraded a little more in the hot tub. "The property & location is outstanding. Spacious inside & out & a very private feel. We were all beyond impressed, teenage boys & adults alike. My only suggestion might be upgrading kitchen pans/cookware a bit, more plates/wine glasses & some basic spices for cooking. However, the home, back lawn/patio/hot-tub area was perfection. Adults enjoyed the view & kids had space to toss the football & go exploring on the rocks & tidepools right out front!"

"We loved staying here. The location to shops, the beach, and food couldn't be any closer. The view is spectacular. Parking is a little tight for 2 larger vehicles but we were able to park our GMC Sierra and our friends Chevy Tahoe on both spots, but one vehicle was blocked in.
